Very nice building but not too well kept. Check in was very awkward. They had to switch our room due to the mold smell in the first room. The second room was decent.
It was so cool to get such a great deal at a haunted hotel!!! The room was great and they were so accommodating.
Alittle outdated, wasted potential given the area. Room are okay but if the rate over 70, definitely not worth it.
One of my favorite places to stay when looking for good comfort and price. Feels like a hidden gem. Spacious rooms. Clean. Hard to find comfortable pillows and bedding in comparable places of similar price. Not implying glamorous but highly recommended
Really great value for your money. It’s clean, comfortable, nice, feels safe and doesn’t smell of humidity. Right on International Dr. Thinking of staying here every time I go to Orlando for the parks. The beds are super comfortable.
Would have liked to seen it in it,s day. Real nice pool, Bahimian decor, just a little dated.
Nice for the lower rate from..
Really nice after Huricane Irma ther was no rooms any were on international Dr.was fin to go home back to to a no power home made a wrong turn and came.here last try.Friendly customer service and great rooms really, roomy i would bring any one here and would come here.just to hang out
Man, I don't know how to start this. The laundry is super bad and old they need a new laundry. The gym equipment is poor and barely had any equipment. The Wifi is running super bad. Just a minor issue on my room, but the door open and closes poorly. Honestly, the breakfast is terrible cause you have to pay it and the price is freaking expensive. Man if they care about the customers, they would've have the breakfast for free. They only care about the money and that's all. Lol no wonder why there's barely any people going to this hotel as I see. The only good thing is your service.
The rooms are small but comfy. The pool is very nice but it is only 5 foot deep and there is also a hot tub. The gym is very small and only has 4 machines. The workers here are extremely nice and patient.
It's a very nice place for the price. It is a little too quiet the few days we've been here so far. Very Overlook
Place was great! Definitely worth going back to. Pool looked really good, calm atmosphere. Very quiet and comfortable.
My wife and I booked the Monumental Hotel Orlando on our trip back from Jamaica. We live in Alabama, and needed a place to stay overnight to rest up for our 8hour drive in the morning. The Monumental hotel itself is located less than 20 minutes from Disney World so if you plan on visiting the park but don't want to pay to stay at the park, it's a good choice. From my brief experience (less than 12 hours), I can say that the asthetics of the hotel we're impressive, well kept and clean. Our room was also clean, the beds were comfortable. Although we didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, their breakfast menu looked impressive, although it wasn't included with our hotel stay. The only negative thing I can say and really the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is to get to the front desk for check-in, you have to park around the side and walk through the hotel a good ways to get to the desk. You then have to walk back through the hotel, pull your vehicle around the back to park and then enter through the back of the hotel to get to your room. Overall, we had a good experience with the Monumental.
You can tell this place is under new ownership. Some updates are definitely needed, but active progress is visible. You get what you pay for. The beds were not very firm, but the room was quiet. The staff was nice; no complaints there.
