Had a great experience here with our family of 6 visiting from P.R.Had plenty of room for all of us , full kitchen and living room. Rooms are nice and clean. Had an ant problem the second day due to snacks in my daughter's backpack and they came out immediately and took care of them. Front desk was always nice and pleasant. Kids loved the game room. It was small but kept the kids busy. They also have washer and dryer located on the property, that we used twice. Takes $2 each. Located walking distance to Target, Dollar General, Applebees and mini golf. Located in a great spot.

I loved the rooms. One of the prettiest hotels I've stayed at. Issues were the walls were very thin. I could hear everything happening in the other room. Brought my dog. Left her there for 3 minutes before the staff called me that she was barking and that they don't tolerate it. Rushed back to get her and then drove the next morning 2 hours to take her back home after paying an extra $100 to have her there. But yet staff didn't do anything about the people across the lake blasting music and screaming all night. I would stay here again but won't bring my dog since she's not wanted.

I am currently on my second night here out of my 3 night stay. My experience so far has not been a positive one. Neither the upstairs or downstairs showers have had hot water so nothing but cold showers so far. Furthermore, we just saw a large roach in the upstairs bathroom. Despite the good location and comfort, I don’t think my family and I will be staying here again.

My sister and I had a great stay at this resort while visiting our other sister that lives in the area. The villa we stayed in was great, roomy, clean and comfortable. The location was good and we also enjoyed playing mini golf next door. On the property is a fitness center and laundry which is nice. The pool is a bit small but we never had much problem being able to sit around it and swim. I would definitely stay here again.

5 star hotel perfect for families and allow you bring your dogs. Also has full kitchen which is perfect. Beds are comfortable and a.c. blows really cold. Will definitely be staying at Saratoga again.

This place was great! The boardwalks around the complex and water were very cool. The fountain added a nice touch. Staff was very nice. Great place for us to stay to go to Disney, Only took about 15 min. The villa had everything we needed for 6 people to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to express how disappointed I am at this hotel after speaking to someone today and tried to make our 3rd reservation to stay at the villas. My fiancé and I called in the afternoon and spoke to someone who quoted us an acceptable rate, indicated to her we will call her back to make the reservation. We called back and got someone else, this individual had the worst attitude towards our request. He kept contradicting himself, placed us on hold then disconnected on our call. When we asked if we could email or fax over the military ID, he simply said sure then placed us on hold and disconnected call. We called back but this time the story was different, the "so called manager" then said they would need to provide a military voucher which does not even exist. We have NEVER EVER been treated in this matter. We are truly sad about this he way we were treated specially after serving this country and defending our nation. The phone and customer service provided tonight left us highly disappointed. We have been here on multiple occasions but after this experience we are thinking twice before booking this villa again.

My family and I vacationed at Best Western Saratoga Resort Villas a few weeks ago and were extremely pleased by the whole experience. The property was beautiful, well maintained and secure. The staff (Shana) checked us in and they were all very pleasant, articulate and very professional. We were comfortable and the villas are beautiful and decorated tastefully. The villas are a bit small but every bit of space was utilized. We'll definitely be back.

Facility seems nice. WiFi dropped for me all the time, but worked fine for my wife. Pool was comfortable, as was the hot tub. Location is relatively convenient. Couldn't​ adjust the thermostat. Not enough parking on the weekend. I walked all day at the park, I don't want to have to walk so far when I get back to the condo. No oven.

Check-in was quick and seamless. I was greeted by an extremely courteous staff and was very impressed by the decor spacious interior and cleanliness. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Only room for improvement would be the restaurant portion. While clean, food was Only so-so. With so many close restaurants nearby though that can be easily overlooked!

My experience was absolute the best, check in and check out was super fast less than a minute. All of the staff was respectful and helpful, me and my husband enjoyed the warm pool and the setting was nice to look at TV while relaxing around the pool. The room where nice we stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs and downstairs. Water was super hot in shower all appliances work great. The only problem I had was there were no washer and dryer that I'm used to in resorts I have stayed at.

I was very pleased with this Villa. My family of five had plenty of room. The rooms were updated. We did have minor issues with the doors not shutting all the way. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The Best Western Saratoga resort exceeds all expectations when compared to a normal hotel room. The rooms are clean, with the exception of some dusting needed here and there. The kitchen includes microwave, stove top, refrigerator, but does lack an oven. Bedrooms are comfortable and offers a different configuration for each of the three bedrooms (King, queen, 2 doubles) The location is very nice and set back far from the road, so it is very quiet. Some rooms have a view that over looks a pond. The pond does have an alligator that we saw multiple times, but the pond area is completely fenced and each rooms porch has a fence around it that does not allow access to the pond area. We ordered room service one night that included chicken marsala from the menu. The food was good and was delivered in a timely manner. Overall this place is within 20 minutes to Disney and we will definitely be staying here again next time we come to visit. 5 of 5 stars
