We booked this hotel on one of those book-before-you-know-the-hotel-name sites. The first room we were given was dreadful. Strong moldy odor, damp carpets, filthy, no shower curtain. We requested a different room, and we were treated with courtesy and kindness. Our new room was very nice, updated, clean and comfortable. Can't recommend the breakfast - it was held at the run-down Indian restaurant next door, and consisted of coffee and pastries and not much else. We got this room for a really cheap rate.

There was a dead roach on the floor by the sink when we first came into the room. And a live centipede (or something) on one of the pillows! I saw it immediately because I was checking for bed bugs as I usually do before even setting my luggage down in any hotel room. (I didn't find any bed bugs though)The room had not been cleaned well at all! There was a sticky ring from a cup on the bedside table and the bed had been made so hastily that the blankets were not tucked in on one whole side. It was a struggle to turn on the shower--i had to pull and pull at the knob and it actually pulled away from the wall. Thought I had broken it! The mattresses are awful and lumpy. The staff at the front desk was nice enough, but the place needs a serious update and cleaning!!
It was just a place to sleep for a few hours before hitting the road again so I didn't make a fuss but I will not be back to this place. Ever. Don't waste your money here! There are other places with similar pricing that a infinitely better!

Would not recommend anyone stay here! Very strong mold spell as soon as you enter the room. Staff was not very helpful and none of housekeeping spoke English! They were very stingy with towels had to call everyday several times just to get clean towels. Did not clean rooms everyday only made beds! Ran put of tissue and told us that they didn't have any until morning! Breakfast staff was rude and very unpleasant and food sucked! No real food only sugary pastries! Over all stay was just not a good experience, will not be staying here again!

Room was dirty, found a roach (live), room desperately needs paint. We were told the room was smoking free but the smell of cigarettes was so strong that even when I got back to my home all our clothes smelled like cigarettes. Left a pair of brand new Nike shoes still in its box in the room and when I called back (four times to get a hold of someone responsible of lost and found) to ask the housekeeping personnel about the shoes I was treated very disrespectful by the person in charge and of course the shoes were never found. The breakfast was horrible, only bread and some hardboiled eggs that tasted two weeks old, even though the ad online said "full breakfast". Misleading!
The only good thing I can mention is that the air conditioning was very cold, which my husband loves.
We were very disappointed with our experience at this Quality Inn in Kiseemee. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was 12/1/2017 for 2 nights.

Do not stay at this hotel. Im not trying to be rude or disrespectful to the homeless population but unless you are a homeless person or a crackhead you will be sorely disappointed. I had two lizards and multiple cockroaches in my room in the first 10 minutes I was there. I left immediately. I slept in my car as apposed to sleeping in this hotel. It actually wasn't even a hotel it was a motel. The only nice thing I have to say is the staff gave me no problem when I asked for my money back. However, It took ONE WEEK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I'm need of a great deal of repair.. Not sure if the blue tarps on the roof are the results of recent storms or I'd they have been there for a long time. The first room given to us was called a non-smoking but it reeked of cig smoke. They did us a new room and made sure to overfill the room with air freshener before allowing us to move in. The bad flapper in the toilet meant the toilet didn't operate correctly. It appears a number of "guests" live here permanently. We we're concerned for our safety. We won't ever stay here again.

Room was clean. Housekeeping nice. Front desk friendly. Fridge was too tiny to store anything. Nice coffee bar in the room. Shower was clean. Hot tub wasn't open. Sauna was closed. Pool clean and I loved that it wasn't a heated pool. Decent breakfast for being free. Just waffle line was long because people sit there and make 8 waffles instead of taking turns.

The worst hotel I believe I have ever stayed in!! The service of the front desk staff leaves everything to be desired… the rooms smell like dirty shoes and there are bed bugs

Not the most modern hotel but during Hurricane Irma, they provided 5 star service at a very tough time! Staff stayed on site so they could keep things operating. The morning after the storm passed, with a small generator for the office, they still provided breakfast! Sweet rolls, bananas and juice. There's more to a hotel than just the building. There's the people. And these people are THE BEST!

Least friendly desk staff I ever experienced. Loose wiring in the room. My son's room had a toilet that didn't work properly.

Quiet and clean, the ideal get away without the hefty price tag. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked enticing. I would heavily consider staying again. Offers smoking and non-smoking rooms.

Its one thing to be in a "budget" room, but it should still feel welcoming, clean, and good sleep. I don't feel like we got close to any of that. Housekeeping only made one bed, took towels and didn't replace all,the bed is hard, not level, and the bedding didn't look clean and inviting! I didn't complain because my son planned a trip for me at his expenses and I didn't want to seem unappreciative. I don't care how much you spend or don't spend,a hotel should provide a nice place to sleep away from home. Would never do quality Inn again. Oh and free breakfast at the local restaurant and no eggs,no meat, just dry breads and milk for cerealI would hate to think we spent more than $60then I could say you get what you pay for!

Place is comfy nice and quite all stores are near to this place. Staff is friendly and great! We was issued a room and we was not really satisfied with it and they took care of us. We also encountered a problem where my wife misplaced her mini purse and the great staff personal. We can not Thank enough had it placed in lost and found. With proper communication and a small fee item was shipped to us back home since we where just visiting Kissimmee. Perfect way of doing there job ! Decent, Honest, going above and beyond!!!

This hotel was at first look not too bad, but the first issue we noticed was that the staff, although seemingly nice, weren't the most cooperative. We also noticed there were ants in the hotel room. Our first morning there we decided to try the free breakfast which was not awful, however it was in an Indian restaurant in the same plaza and the smell was a little too overpowering for eating at 8 am. It also looked like some people were coming in off the street, grabbing as much food as they could and leaving. When we returned after our first day out neither of the hotel keys worked anymore even though one of them was kept in the original envelope in my wife's purse. When I ran to the front office to get a spare I was told by a man who couldn’t speak English very well that because my wife made the reservation she would have to come down and get it, so I explained that she was pregnant and tired so the staff called around on the walkie and after about 10 minutes someone else who had trouble with English showed up and opened the door. The next morning we got two new keys afterward only one worked for the rest of the stay. The final straw was coming back hoping our room was cleaned and seeing that the only made the beds and neatly stacked our trash wherever they found it. We also found some items under the bed that we never brought which shows that they really never cleaned the room well to begin with. All in all I would suggest spending a little more money to get a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
