Not the best Westgate we've ever stayed at but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. Our friends who are with have never stayed at Westgate and they love it! I could do without all the artificial plants, and we got an ADA condo where all the closet rods are 3' off the ground and you can't even hang a shirt. HOUSEKEEPING: I know what to expect from condo housekeeping so this isn't about having to take out my own trash. I was annoyed that our weekly service included a battered piece of paper on the bed that says, "your personal items were left on the bed or sofa and we are not permitted to handle them. Therefore the bed has not been changed. However we left clean sheets for you." NO clean sheets to be found anywhere in this condo. They also called us at 10pm the day AFTER we checked in to say some piece of paper wasn't signed. We have a 2 year old, but that is an inconsiderate time to call no matter what. You can do better, Westgate! But we really appreciate how good you are to military families.

Old timeshare hotel with limited amenities. The staff is very friendly and Sona great job at maintaining the grounds, buildings and rooms. All the provided attention does little to hide the age of this resort. The rooms decor and furniture looks right at home in a 1980s magazine. The television and CD players appear to have been updated last in the early 2000s. The best reason to visit this location is the price and location which are both hard to beat. Come here for the price and location but make sure to come with low expectations.

This was such a horrible place to stay! I rented 2 two bedroom condos for my family of 10 to stay for our week vacation to DW & Universal. The WiFi worked our last night and they did waive the weekly fee because we had so many other issues. The pull out couches mattress was full of mold as was the couch part it lays on. Due to that 5 of my family had to move to a different place that was now on a different floor from us. When they got in their next place the safe didn’t work so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The room smelled of mold and it was noticeable on the window frames and door frames. Luckily we didnt spend much time in our rooms. The 2nd morning a man from Westgate knocked on our door to tell us we had to drive 10 miles down the road to westgate lakes, to sign a paper stating what was wrong with our place so upon check out we wouldn’t be responsible. The man was very rude when my daughter explained we had a full schedule and could not do that, and his response was I’ll write down you refused to sign it. She asked him to bring us the paper to sign and he said he wasn’t allowed. On the last day our toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the carpet of the main br. When the guy came and fixed it then the toilet wouldn’t flush cause the handle was broke. Also the shower in the other br that handle was broken too. It’s veru dated, antiquated run down place. The maintenance people and Anne the manager were nice but the place was really old and damp.

I think Westgate Leisure is wonderful. It is small enough that you don't need a shuttle to participate in activities. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

I am not a picky guest but this hotel was clean and spacious. It appeared to offer plenty of activities and relaxation options.

Booked two villas. Large clean room's , great convenient location. Tons of amenities at a reasonable price. Kitchen, W/D, Tv's in each room. Free parking and WiFi. We WILL be back no question !

We enjoyed our stay at Westgate! The room was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The only issue we had was the a/c wasn't working but maintenance came immediately and fixed it! They provided plenty of linen and towels and there is lots to do at the resort. It rained so we couldn't do as much as we would have liked but we will be back again for sure! Housekeeping was A1!

My family and I experienced a great stay I plan to visit again. Clean and staff was polite and helpful the villa was super clean also the pools they even have onsite activities for the kids.

Close to all attractions. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are things to do on site such as swim, play games, mini golf, hot tub, small playground.

Service was decent. The biggest issue was being borderline strong armed into going to a timeshare presentation at check in. The rooms themselves were nice albeit a bit dated. The biggest complaint would definitely be ants in the master bedroom found on the desk multiple times.

I recently stayed at your property with 3 friends and we had a wonderful time. The suite we stayed in was extremely comfortable and on the first level, near the pool. One particular individual that was an absolute joy and very helpful is MARI T. LUGO. She was very pleasant and always ready to entertain us. We enjoyed listening to her stories about coming to America with family and how she enjoys her job at Westgate. Sorry it took so long to get a message to you, life does get hectic. A Merry Christmas to all and may the New Year Happy.
