They have this stupid rule that if you stay there your not allowed to have guests over to visit or they kick you out not a joke

This has since turned into a Blue Inn and it's obvious that hey aren't handling the switch well. I'm one of those people that often glances at reviews and don't really give them a lot of stock, but this..this seriously ruined my entire vacation enough for me to actually write a review myself in hopes that others won't fall into this trap.

I love cheap hotels and I expect nothing but a bed to sleep on, but they made the point of telling me on the phone that there was a fridge and a microwave. So that's cool, I make my reservation a couple of months in advance and ask for a confirmation email to be sent.

No email. I call two more times over the months asking and still nothing. But I just think whatever, I don't really need it, surely there will be a room on the ground floor like I asked.

Nope. They booked all of the good rooms, the ones on the bottom floor and the ones with fridges and microwaves. But whatever, I have a room so it's fine. I tell them I'm checking out on the 8th on Monday. She repeats that same thing to me so I didn't really read the paper and signed but apparently she accidentally wrote down the 7th instead.

Still an honest mistake, but it still gets a snarky woman showing up, banging on our door and oozing malice about how we're supposed to be gone already. Then she blames me entirely for every bit of what's happened, charges me for another day(which is fine because I'm seriously staying for another night) and THEN charges me a late checkout fee.

And on top of all that she will NOT get in touch with the manager. Won't call him, won't give me the number, says he'll be in at 8AM the next day.

Go up there the next day and she says the same thing, he's not in. Makes no effort to try and get in touch with him. Now I'm going to have to find the corporate number and try that.

She kept us so tied up with all of this nonsense that we missed hours of our vacation and events we planned on doing all over one thing; a 7 written on a piece of paper instead of an 8.

Do not stay here. They will actively try to pigeon hole you into paying as much money as possible if you make them mad and they hold grudges and will make you pay for it.

The beds were also almost impossible to sleep on because the mattresses were so bad that I could only catch three to four hours of sleep.

It was all very, very terrible. I can't warn against it enough.

If all you want is a cheap place to crash, this is it! This motel was by far one of the cheapest in the Orlando area and a real bargain for what you get. Not the fanciest or cleanest, but it has everything you need. I had a shower, bed, A/C table and free wifi for under $50 which was perfect for me. There is even a pool which was very refreshing the morning after my stay. Staff was exceptionally nice and let me stay past check out upon my request with no extra charge!

Stayed with a friend that was visiting FL on vacation. It's nice, so it the staff - except the front desk lady which could tone down the rudeness. Get past that and its gravy. Has a hot tub and pool. Just keep in mind the rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators. Plenty of places to eat nearby open late for midnight snacks though

I had a good overall experience considering the price. The only down sides I'd point out is the shower pressure was too strong and bring your own hair conditioner. Also, I'm not sure if this is due to the hotel, but the water makes your hands crazy dry. May be due to Orlando's over-chlorination. Otherwise, would totally go again.
