Rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. There's not a movie theatre, game room, breakfast. Limited cooking utensils, no towels nor cleaning supplies. Very sapxious 3 bdrm.

This resort is completely disgusting! God forbid anyone brings there family here. I payed for a four day stay and the entire time I basically spent it at the front desk complaining. Our original room was giving away because "it wasn't ready" the room provided to us was HORRIBLE. The room smells of cigarettes, the sheets are FILTHY,the bed is missing the platform and the mattress is horrible! All we asked was for was our original room but instead they promised a new mattress in a couple minutes which never came after calling 3 times for updates we were finally told there would not be a switch of the mattress because it wouldn't make a difference as far as the comfort because it was even more worn down. Then we were promised a new room in the morning we waited until 12 and once again we called for an update and no room was available. All of the staff can kiss my ass, the receptionist was no help actually she has an attitude out of this world. These are reasonable request don't make promises you can't keep. DONT STAY HERE , the staff can kiss my ass

the site paints a pretty picture but that is all it is.you are not giving towels and washcloths to suite the number of people and asking the desk for some is like pulling nails. the carpets are dirty and the bathtub was stopped up. asked to have fixed and desk clerk said it was never told. they say fitness roomlol 2 treadmills a bike and a broken elliptical. the sauna did not work nor the showers. the hot tub was Luke warm and did not work properly. a guest with me got bit by bed bugs and manager said oh well. there was poor customer service. definitely would not stay again nor recommend anyone staying here

Upon arrival everything seemed to be okay.until I got off the elevator The air conditioner only worked on the elevator. Its was extremely hot throughout the hallways and room. Pool has zero towels in bin for ypu to dry off. Carpet was extremely gross with stains and bleach spotswhich made me feel uncomfortable. Bed is hard as a rock. Tile in bathrooms also looks gross with black stains. This hotel charges 45 for a cleaning fee and for this place to be a resort it does not even provide breakfast. I stayed at the Holiday Inn express and experience better quality. I honestly have not seen anyone working.

Internet was a little spotty. But the rooms were great. Screens on the porch to keep bugs out. Pool and hot tub were good as well. I'd recommend.

Location is just off the beaten path and slightly secluded but close enough to major roadways to get wherever you need. Service is alright. Outdoor pool isn't heated, so if your visiting in the winter months, not the warmest. Rooms are nice though. Overall a good place for a nice vacation.
