Beautiful area and easy access. I love the room. Its all fantastic so far, but haven't spent much time in the room since I've been visiting Disney. I am loving what I'm seeing so far though!!!

Stayed as a guest of a time share owner. Excellent amenities, full kitchen and large bedrooms. Multiple heated pools and hot tubs. Balconies in each bedroom. Close to Sea World. Workout facility could use improvement.

I had a room in a recently renovated room. It was very nice. Several pools with hot tubs. A market place that was very reasonably priced. Discounted tickets to SeaWorld we're available. The resort also had several daily activities available for both kids and adults (only a few required an additional fee).

This was a very nice vacation resort. The pool area was Awesome, good food and bar, the room was awesome and very accommodating. What keeps me from giving this 5 stars is our room was never cleaned one time even after we requested our floors to be cleaned because our feet turned black after walking around the room barefoot. Also one of the tubs appeared to be dirty as well. They compensated us a 30$ credit to the room which was nice, but still not ideal. Overall i was happy and would stay here again

I stayed at this location for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, although a bit cold despite being 80 degrees outside (and I turned off the A/C). We could also hear everything happening in the room next to us. The water tasted and smelled a bit funny, but I got free bottled water as a Hilton Honors member, so I just avoided drinking the tap water. The set-up is great for families with kids. The restaurant opens to the pool and a movie screen that played family-friendly movies every night. The food was decent but a bit overpriced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to families with children who are visiting Sea World or Universal Studios.

The rooms have clearly been recently renovated & are at an excellent standard. There is still ongoing maintenance & renovations which is good to see they aren't sitting on their laurels. The staff are fantastic, proactive & friendly. The layout of the buildings doesn't work the best in some locations so beware where you're located. The (small) Parrish pool never had its bar open which seemed a great shame. I would choose HGVC Tuscany over this resort, but this is fine if not available.

Chose the best time to come. I was able to pay a great affordable price for the resort. Really a must come to place. Amazing experience. 5 min away from Sea World. Amazing amenities. If you have kids or no kids the place provides a great experience. Quiet rooms and best of all amazing bedding sheets and comfortable matress and pillows. Was really impressed.

Second time here, we love it! Our favorite of the Hilton properties we have visited. Not near the congested areas. Activities for kids. Pools are very nice. Room is spacious, well furnished and has everything we need. The staff have all been extremely helpful. I'd give a BIG 10 to Christina who went looking for my lost phone, found it and returned it quickly and was very pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend and I hope to return.

Overall great experience here. The service desk was absolutely outstanding and the bellhops were helpful. Staff quickly took care of any questions we had. And our rooms were neat and clean. It's a pool and exercise room where awesome. I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are amazing. There are washers and dryers in each unit. If you are staying over a week, it is nice to be able to wash your clothes. The kitchen is nice! It is a full kitchen. The amenities are wonderful! And the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is like a home away from home.

This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are all well maintained and upkept, and are modern and inviting. The employees are amazingly helpful and friendly, and truly seem as if they care about your stay at their hotel. The common pool areas are well upkept and so great for kids and adults alike. The on-site cafe is delicious and great for a bite and a drink while relaxing at the pool. The deli and store has amazing food and is perfect for some of the little things you don't want to run out to get. This hotel is amazing and I always look forward to staying here.

The room was really nice, like a small house. I really liked our screened-in balcony. The beds and couches were very comfortable, everything was great. I also like how the key cards are proximity sensitive, so you don't have to swipe like a credit card to get in your room, just wave the card by the sensor.

Not ideal for business status with large groups, since everyone tends to be spread out. For a family vacation, it seems like a great place to stay, central to most activities in the Orlando area. Studio room is ok. Staying in bottom floor, and found some flying black bugs came in while I was out. They seemed to come from nearby plants - I swept them out and they didn't come back. I would stay here again.
