This place was absolutely incredible. I was there for a holiday party so this may have been different than a normal night. All the staff were extremely friendly. The food was incredible. The bartenders were awesome. The check in staff was super helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. It was a great night and stay.
I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is quite beautiful however the elevator experience was fairly mind numbing. For those that stayed in the lower floor I'm sure the stairs were fine, but I was on the tenth floor and waited an average of 5-10 minutes for the elevator most times.
This is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and polite staff. The lounge is large and very relaxing. The decor is a bit weirdly modern and I wish they had a parking garage but everything was clean and well kept.
I thought this hotel would be an amazing choice for my wedding weekend and I was so wrong. The aesthetics of the hotel are amazing but everything else isn’t. The guest service staff were rude, disorganized, and uncooperative. They promised us things that weren’t actually allowed. The elevators were so slow, I think I spent most of my stay waiting around for one. There is only one tiny trashcan in the entire hotel suite. The shuttle never showed up for my husband and his groomsmen when they booked a time. The valet was rude to my husband when he was trying to check in. They were so rude that I cried right before my rehearsal and my rehearsal dinner. I had to work with 3 different managers because they all keep getting fired. After making me cry, the current manager told me not to stress and just have a good wedding weekend. Really? We had around 30 rooms booked there and they still refuse to comp our room for the wedding night. They have been a nightmare to deal with and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Everybody smile to me here!!! (As a respond to earlier evaluations! Great reception stuff, very great bar team / Richie is outstanding! If you are in town - stay here! By good look for me - great Jazz Live Band playing.
Where to start - the first check in person did not smile or say hello. I asked for someone to help me get my bag out of my car, they said the guy would be right out, he never showed up. The security lock on my room door was broken. At 2:00 p.m. I asked the desk to fix it. At 9:00 p.m. it was still not fixed. When I returned to the hotel this evening the gate to guest parking was up and THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY. I was charged BOTH a service charge and a delivery fee for a bottle of perrier. As of 9:45 p.m., the disco music from the first floor of the hotel was blaring into my room on the ninth floor. There was no do not disturb sign in the room ( very minor point but hey, after everything else). Really they could care less about my business DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Location was extremely close to the Perimeter Mall and MARTA station, which made it easy to access the surrounding Atlanta area. Rooms were clean and roomy with all the basic amenities. Service was above all the most notable, with professional, responsive staff.
The hotel was very well appointed. Our suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the elevators did not work well during overnight stay. Otherwise great stay.
Suites are spacious. View is not nice. Hotel is very clean. Guest services is very responsive and nice. On site bar and walking distance to food and mall. It has a pool small but nice. Fills up quick limited seating by pool.
Great hotel in the middle of everything! You get lot of hotel for the money. The lounge is awesome with lots of space to relax. Lobby is a bit too bright at night, feel they could dim it a little rooms are phenomenal, with great views as well!!!
We had a miserable time just getting into the hotel to check in. There is no clear direction about where to park, and there are gates you can't get into unless someone lifts it for you. One of the employees came to tell us go park when we wanted to check in, and said he'd lift the gate, but nothing happened and we had to circle around in heavy traffic to start it all over again. 30 minutes later after we arrived inside, we could hardly hear our very friendly desk agent as she checked us in and explained that we were "lucky" to have come on a once a month jazz night. The lobby reeked of natural gas from a fireplace that was lit for what I can assume was meant for ambiance, since the place was really hot. Our first impression of our suite was that it was beautifully decorated and comfortably spacious, but our happy impression was abruptly ended at the sight of some sort of goop all over the dining table and chairs. Though we had reserved a room with a city view, were put in a room that had zero view, or rather, the view of the top of a gravelly roof. It was basically an insult and we really should have been warned prior, as we would have asked for a better room. We paid for a suite with a view, and we weren't going for cheap, we were shooting for fabulous. We set it aside since we really just needed to get some relaxation and sleep, not to spend our time complaining, but it wasn't the romance we had booked. 15 minutes into our stay, we were quite alarmed when someone came to our door and repeatedly used their key, which then worked and opened our door. Luckily we had the security latch on so our privacy wasn't terribly compromised, but needless to say, it was extremely irritating to hear from the front desk that they'd accidentally assigned our room to another guest as well as us. Despite the seriousness of the issue, the staff basically brushed us off with an offer of a free breakfast buffet which we didn't want in the least. When we asked if we could have room service breakfast instead, they said sure, for $40 delivery charge. You'd think that's where the aggravation ended. But, we decided to take a walk for some fresh air and exercise. After we made our way through the gauntlet of drunken gawking jazz-fans, we were unhappily met with a key card that no longer worked. I waited in the hall like a bum sweating my butt off (why is the hall so hot?) while my hubby went to resolve the problem alone. It took about 15 minutes for him to get the key changed and he came back explaining to me that they had essentially reprimanded him for not knowing he should come down for a replacement key earlier (despite the fact that they'd made no mention of that fact prior when we complained about our intruder). The air conditioner sounded like it needed some maintenance and woke us all night long while we sweated all night long but who's gonna get dressed and complain about that in the middle of the (romantic weekend) night? We checked out just before noon, and it took a dreadfully long time, because the computer needed booting, so much so that the gentleman handling our check out mercifully said he'd just email us a receipt to prevent wasting more of our time. I guess he sensed how unimpressed we were with our first stay, because he then asked if everything had met our expectations. But at this point we really just didn't care to even discuss it, once again in favor of a good time. We are so in love and just want to laugh 24/7, not gripe. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy. Those points along with the man at least asking if things were up to par made us think maybe all this disaster was just a flukeeveryone gives good reviews!so we might try this place again. Maybe. Maybe not though as I relive it.
I stayed with this hotel in march, while my stay was pleasant, my nightmare began April 1, 2017. I happened to check my account as I was preparing to move and I was made aware that the exact same fee I was charged from the previous weekend had been charged AGAIN to my account. I understand that a glitch in the system can occur, but there is NO excuse for POOR customer service and blatantly lying to cover your ass because corporate office was called on you. There is still no explanation for the extra charge and it took me calling corporate office on a Sunday to even begin to feel like I would reach some type of resolve. The management staff here are rude, unprofessional, and has no sense of urgency what so ever. So much for hospitality! After receiving an unexpected/unauthorized fee on my card on a Saturday morning. I'm met with inconsistent information, rudeness, bad attitudes and no sense of real concern about a mistake the hotel has obviously made. I will never stay at this hotel again, not mention, I don't trust them with my personal information at all. I will say caution yourselves when making a decision to stay with this hotel.
When we got there it was Jazz night and so loud in the front room, which is shared with the front desk, you had to shout at the hotel staff just to be able to check in. When we got to our hotel room we looked around the place and found there to be some white sticky stuff on the chairs and the dining table was dirty. The view we had was of the roof of the hotel, not the city as they showed in the pictures. Well after we got settled in to our hotel, we were about to go out when a gentleman tried opening our door, he would've blmade it in if not for our security latch. I opened the door and said hello to the man, he looked a little perturbed about it and said they had just given him this room. So he went back down to re check in and I called the front desk and complained to them about this. They were apologetic enough and offered us complimentary breakfasts over the incident. So anyways we took a walk and when we got back our key cards no longer worked. So I had to head back down to the front desk, through noisy jazz night mind you, and shout at the receptionist about this issue, they looked at my ID and gave me new keys. They said when they assign the room to someone else it deactivates the old guests keys. Well that's good to know, why didn't anyone tell me that before I had to leave my wife in the hallway and come down here? Next time it happens I was told I can call down to have new keys sent to me. The place is quiet and we had a good night's sleep here. I'm just chalking it up to a unique situation and hoping it won't happen again.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out process. I would stay here again and the area had plenty of places to go for food and drinks.
Great Stay Great management team, attentive staff and exceptional service throughout our stay.
Oversized rooms (as well as lots of 800 square ft suites), super lobby with great vibe and plenty of chic areas throughout the hotel to get some work done or read a good book. Gym is good size with plenty of cardio equipment. Pool area looked really cool for the warmer months, but obviously not open in January. Parking is $14 night with free parking on the weekends.
Super location (right by perimeter mall as well as dozens of super restaurants); great place for a family getaway or a business trip. Already looking forward to my next stay !!!
