Room with view on 25th floor was clean and spacious (1 King bed). No issues with room. Spa bath was very nice. Location of hotel is within walking distance to plenty of bars and other Atlanta locations of interest. Hotel staff was very courteous and showed exemplary customer service. No designated smoking area. Had to smoke outside entrance to hotel restaurant.
It's a great space! Our company held a conference here and the food was delicious and the space is great. The hotel rooms were almost perfect! It was really warm in my room but the shower and separate tub combo made up for it. Almost a perfect 5 star 🙂
Very nice hotel lobby and gym. Rooms are above average for this price point so I'm pleased. Gym is big for me and it's great, lots of free weights and dumbbells above 50lbs. Smith machine and cable machine.
Very well appointed room with a great bed - slept like a baby. I was there for a conference and the catering was amazing. The only complaint I have is all the added revenue items. When I stay at far less expensive hotels, I get free water and a refrigerator. At more than double the price of Aloft, Loews wants $10 for a bottle of water and $7.50/day to use the mini bar fridge for personal items.
Love the old world atmosphere. The ceiling in the ladies room reminds me of my childhood. The drinks were good. The cheesecake was delicious, as well as, the large variety of cakes. Our server was pleasant and helpfuland we had a large party that included kids. The perfect way to end the day.
In my multiple stays at the Loews Altanta Hotel, the service has been consistently superior. The rooms are clean and comfortable while the staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is also well located with activities, entertainment, restaurants, and more nearby with close proximity to the Interstate for ease of access. I strongly recommend the Loews Atlanta Hotel.
We came in town for a quick family get away. Our stay from start to finish was outstanding. The staff members were family friendly and professional. It was really a great location for my family and I to take advantage of some of the sites and activities around the city. I will definitely being staying at the Lowes on my next visit to Atlanta.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We came here for our wedding night. I informed the reservation associate and she upgraded us to the presidential suite! The suite was like a condo. The view was breathtaking. We decided to splurge and get a couples massage the staff discounted our massages as a treat to us. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel like royalty. We would definitely go back and visit their other locations.
Amazing suites on the top floor. Very professional and courteous staff. Modern but comfortable styling it feels like the home you wish you had. Was very impressed. Great access to downtown or cool hidden gems.
My husband and I stopped in for a night coming home from SC. We were extremely pleased with our visit! From the time we pulled in to the time we left. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The room was great. Our view was nice (we are not from the city so it was a change). We ordered room service which was amazing. They did forget to bring our cheesecake, but brought it right back up with a complimentary creme brûlée (which was amazing!). We will definitely plan a couples weekend back where we can fully enjoy all of the amenities they offer here. We were very pleased!
As for service and quality of hotel I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and clean the staff was polite, helpful and friendly. They sent a text asking if the room was satisfactory shortly after checking in. It was all good. Maybe I've just been out of the states too long, but my one complaint is I hate paying for parking as a hotel guest. I understand if I were there for a day conference or wedding, or if I were there just to use the bar or something, but i was a traveling out of town by car guest and had to pay 32 dollars per day for parking.
We have stayed at this location multiple years now and have had a pleasant experience each time. The staff is friendly and very helpful from the valet to housekeeping and all of the people in between. Valet greets you at your car and helps you with your luggage and the door. Jackson and Jack are two we look forward to seeing each year. The concierge desk is staffed with excellent people who makes sure you have everything you could possibly want and more. Jonathan, Ashley, and Catherine are there with smiling faces and warm kind words every time you see them. The bar staff is quick and make really good drinks. Sometimes too good. Peter was our primary bartender on our most recent visit and he was excellent. The girls in the snack bar/gift shop, Tiva and Marta, were full of smiles and were ready to serve. They have everything from pens, sunglasses, shirts, toiletries, beverages, games, toys, sandwiches, baked goods, limited Starbucks coffee menu and much more. The restaurant has a great salad bar and various other items to choose from. As a whole the hotel is a great place to hang your hat while visiting Atlanta Midtown and the surrounding areas whether on vacation or business. If you cannot find something just ask any of the staff or manager and they will do their best to accommodate you.
A beautiful, mid-century modern styled, expertly maintained hotel. Friendly, helpful, well trained staff, who greet you by name; quickly responds to requests. Slow elevators when busy. Large, comfortable rooms include couch, desk and refrigerator. TV in bathroom and large screen in living area. An ample glass enclosed shower, a deep tub and a well-lit makeup area with lighted magnifying mirror make preparing for the day a pleasure. Wheelchair accessible including bathroom.
The seventh floor exercise complex includes multiple exercise stations, a large sauna and a magnificent relaxing room. Water, towels and fresh fruit are supplied, as well as, changing rooms and lockers. There is no charge for hotel guests. There is no pool. A beauty shop is available.
Several restaurants, a fun bar with a billboard sized TV and a gift/coffee shop are located in the hotel. A selection of vegan choices are offered.
We were visiting for a conference and the staff and facilities were excellent! The spa is beautiful and coupled with a nice steam room that all people who are hotel guests can use. Jonathan was incredibly helpful with giving us advice on what to do and we couldn't believe that we had our own personal driver within a 5 k radius of the hotel! I also loved the food - it was incredible. I will definitely stay here again!
It truly was a nice oasis in the city! What a great combo - a lovely destination hotel surrounded by great places to eat & visit. #Winning
Valet - Very easy to pull in & get checked in. The valet staff are on point!
Lobby & Bar - I liked it's sweeping ceilings and decor. Different sitting areas made it cozy to gather in small groups
Conference Area - massive! Definitely suited to host a ginormous conference.
Spa/Gym - Wow, they aren't kidding. If you don't stay in shape when you are staying here, that's on you. Yoga/Class rooms, great spa services, very large workout room.
King Suite - Loved the end unit - for the LIFE of me I can't remember my room number but it was a higher floor. Standard room but also roomy. I loved the larger sized desk. Great floor to ceiling windows.
Staff - VERY helpful - from the minute I walked in the door. We had a small issue with billing but it was quickly rectified
