My stay I would say was just average and plain. Nothing at all really stood out as "nice" or made me feel like my stay was a good value! The furnishings were old and unsightly while the continental breakfast was just undersized and just edible. I wasnt impressed but not upset!

The hotel was very comfy, AC was easy to use and changed the temp quickly. The breakfast was lacking but i just had the waffles which were delicious. Gym and jacuzzi were also good.

January and December (sisters!) make sure guests are very well taken care of. You feel like you are at a top tier hotel.

Overall a good stay. Bathroom looked slightly worn. Also, most of the free breakfast is not very pleasant to eat.

A group of us (22) stayed here for a week with our team. The staff members who stood out were January, December (I was told those were their names), who works at the front desk and Vivian (kitchen staff). These ladies were very friendly and courteous. They all went the extra mile. I could tell when they were off because things did not run as smoothly..especially the breakfast area. Vivian kept everything stocked immediately after food items were eaten by guest. She also kept the counters clean in between.
The cons to this hotel were that there was limited choices for breakfast. I ate a bagel daily. I would recommend more hot food items. The rooms are old fashioned and had an odor. The washer was out of service when I needed to wash our team's uniforms, causing me to go to the nearest laundromat. Other than those things, we did enjoy our stay because of those 3 staff members.

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff at the front desk was very polite and respectful.
The pool was wonderful, clean and warm. The
hot tub was clean as well.
    I would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying here! The mattress was to die for, the blankets and pillows were soft. It's 90° outside and the AC unit kept me nice and cool. The breakfast was delicious.

Horrible. Workout equipment broken. Jacuzzi broken. 2nd story window open all the way. Unsafe. Dirty. Fixtures in shower defective. Business center can't even get on the internet. Manager and employees deal with customer complaints by having police show up and ask you to leave. Total joke of a hotel. Do not stay here.

The room was nice, the WiFi and breakfast were free which was nice. The pillows could have been more comfortable, but not a huge deal.

I dunno it was ok. The bathroom door didn't have a functioning lock and there was a chunk of glass under the bed but the waffles and bed was ok. Desk was nice to study in.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The room looked nice, but there were two corners with cobwebs. Also, we had a little trouble with the a/c but it was late so we didn't complain. Overall it was a decent enough place to lay our heads for one night

I have stayed at this hotel many times and usually do when I come to GA. The staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are usually pretty nice, however. the shower is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I travel with my job and stay in a lot of places and it is the worst ever!! Either it is like someone holding a garden hose over your head (not high pressure. I'm talking just the hose) or the water barely trickles out please please fix this. This is not just one room or just a particular floor. I have stayed in several different room and on all of the levels. It is the same.
