The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great way to start the day. Fruit, eggs, sausage toast, and more. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water with good pressure. The noise was not bad even being close to the highway. It had easy access to the highway so getting around was easy. The internet was easy to access and the speed was sufficient.

I stayed here around 2 years ago and thought it was awesome, but figured I got lucky that weekend. The staff was great, the room was really comfy and clean & the breakfast was better than what I expected. Fast forward to this weekend and everything was the exact same as 2 years ago! Really awesome and I would def. recommend to visitors. The price is fair, especially for the quality. Been to a few hotels in this area, but since I've had the same great experience twice, this is the only one I'll stay at when I need a hotel!

Everything was great! Staff was friendly. The only issue was that our toilet overflowed and we kept having to call maintenance after every flush to plunge! Also, the full beds feel more like twin size. We had room 225. Beware!

Staff was extremely friendly and did a great job catering to my individual needs. I travel a lot and so staff willing to cater to my needs within reason are very appreciated by me. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable as where the pillows. I think my favorite part was how welcoming and warm the people at the front desk were. It really set the tone for my stay.

Breakfast was good! If you are confined to a wheelchair, do not stay here!!!! We had the 'handicapped" room, with a tub (really??), but a lot of bars. The sink is high and the mirror is the highest I've ever seen. They do have a bath chair that is too big for the tub! The desk is too large, so you can't get a full-sized wheelchair to the window or temperature controls.
On the bright side, the staff is wonderful and the regular rooms are probaby just fine. Would have been nice to have lamps with plugs, on both night stands instead of just one. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants.response / report this review -

This is the most professional and clean hotel. The staff is available and ready to help. I love this hotel. Staff took,the time to,give me a map of the surrounding attractive and he sang happy 🎂 to me.

Conveniently located. Reasonably priced. Clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast area is nice and provides good breakfast of Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Hot Fresh Pancakes, Coffee.is good (would be good if choice of a dark roast is also available). Pool is kind of a let down. Really small and located outside on the side like an after thought. Friendly staff and good hotel for overnight or extended stay.

Best Western Gwinnett Center is the best hotel! My boyfriend & I recently stayed for a visit while attending the Joyce Meyer Conference in Duluth & we had the most exciting & rewarding time! Our room was very beautiful & welcoming, comfortable & equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet the 2 days we stayed & I really enjoyed the coffee as I am addicted to its fulll bodied, rich flavor & aroma! The staff is very professional, friendly, & goes out of their way to accommodate you for all your needs.

Asked for quiet. Was informed hotel hosting 2 weddings. So basically get what they give you. I was placed by the elevator on same floor as wedding party and their use of the elevator continued until 4 in the morning. I had to connect with friends at 7:30am. Staff should be more considerate when assigning rooms.

Best western is always a very welcoming hotel. the staff are friendly and the rooms are neat. the services are good and the breakfast is delicious. when i think of spending a night out of home best western comes first. the price is good for the service you receive. The receptionist make you feel like you just came home.

I just stay there 04/8/2017 to 04/09/2017 and this hotel is amazing!! Rooms were extra clean , smelling WONDERFUL and fresh!! Staff was super friendly!! Easy check in and breakfast was great!! I finally found a hotel that i can stay in when i visit Atlanta! This is the place to stay if you visit Atlanta!!

Stayed here 3 nights when my father in law was in the hospital the staff is very courteous and comforting. Each day I had to extend by 1 day based on the my father in laws diagnosis and the staff helped me and my wife out in so many ways. The Best Western has definitely set the bar for what I would expect all hotels to do. The hotel room was well cleaned and the maid staff made sure each day that my room was cleaned and ready. Beds are firm but comfortable, pillows are just right as well. The morning breakfast had different daily variations that my family could pick from, hot food is fresh and hot and kept meat and clean. If ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here, thanks again Al .

Nice cosy, modern-looking hotel. Easy access right off of the interstate with easy parking. A smaller hotel, but very nice looking. Front desk employee, Al, was very friendly and professional. The breakfast area was a little small and nothing extravagant, but it fit the one night stay bill. Great area for either a short stay or a longer stay since there are many restaurants in the area within walking distance. Seemed to be a safe area and was very quiet. Hotel is adjacent to another large building, so the view from the room is nothing to write home about, but this was not a big deal. Beds were quite firm and could have been a little softer, but the overall comfort of the room was fine. Very clean. Would recommend hotel highly for the road traveler.
