Staff was excellent and very helpful. Incredibly courteous and great manners. Really felt like a part of the family from check in through the whole stay. Excellent bar and boardroom staff as well! Great for corporate events.

Comfy updated rooms. Excellent customer service, especially Sumner from the evening. Indoor pool is very convenient in the Fall for childen. Breakfast buffet was convenient, tasty, and reasonably priced.

We visited Atlanta for kids fall break. This is second visit this hotel since 20010. They are on renovation work so it is a little littered some area. But their staff service was great and their breakfast service was neat and simply nice.
Nowadays it is not to be content by service in hotel and restaurant business. I want to recomand this hotel if you want to come for any relax in your business trip as well.
Also my kids enjoyed their indoor pool quietly.response / report this review -

Outdated, terrible smells, extremely small, high security deposit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Also, your not informed about the construction taking place prior to booking. At 8:30 am I was woken up to power tools, drills, knocking, etc. the bathroom is about the size of the closet and super uncomfortable. Im not too sure why they gave us this room when people were renovating directly above us! Old flatscreens and linen. Not a 3.5 star! Really wish i could get my girlfriend her money back, i feel bad that we couldn’t enjoy :(

I love this place we come up here for the Special Pops Tennis Turnament and they take care of ever need. One year my son's team wanted him to walk in the rain with his luggage in the dark to where they were and the staff made she my son got to where the team was because they take care of their guest and I tell everyone that this hotel is the place to stay when in Atlanta

I stayed by this hotel back in August and had an awesome time. My boss and I had some intense work to get done and we were greeted by really friendly staff. It was very helpful that the property was close to our Atlanta office. But the true highlight of our trip was Tommy, the Driver. He helped us to find great spots for food, took us to the office and picked us up back. When we were leaving he took us to the train station and ensured that we got our tickets. We even got some really awesome spicy chicken wings to take with us. Tommy is the star! Overall, great experience and awesome staff

We stayed here for a wedding this weekend and had a fairly good time. I was blown away by the team work of the shuttle driver (Tommy). He came to pick us up in less than five min. He was very helpful with telling us where we needed to go in order to get a few things that we needed.I saw him picking up trash one time and then saw him picking up glasses from the bar. That was really cool. A real team player. I was also set back by him getting my Uncle a Birthday card. All the staff signed it. We knew it was him because he asked what kind of candy he liked and that was left with the card. He made the stay worth coming. I don't think any other hotel would have done the same.

The area was secluded and quiet, which wad really nice. The front was large and welcominh, with lots of room to sit and plug in a computer. The people at the front desk were very helpful, and I was greeted with smiles and welcomes on the way in. The inside was very Marriott typical, which was expected. I was not disappointed, and also not pleasantly surprised. It lived up to my expectations, which was quiet and professional and clean. Marriott continues to be very reliable.

We had a group come here after a wedding rehearsal. The staff was friendly and polite. The amenities were great. The location was very clean.

We were out of town guests for a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was in the hotel and the food was very good. The hotel decor for the rooms were a bit dated, but it seems like they plan on a lot of updates soon.

Good Marriott hotel. A bit old, but they are refurbishing. Because I have platinum premier status, I did use their Concierge and it was good. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

On arriving at the hotel I thought the lobby was modern and clean and got a warm welcome. My spirits were soon diminished however after waiting 10 minutes for the elevator and finding a room that whilst clean was in need of an upgrade. However I soon learned to ignore those niggles when I experienced the service. As a frequent traveller it's rare to experience such warm, friendly and genuine service. The bar staff were attentive and helpful, the front desk couldn't do enough (I needed tissues for a cold, the receptionist gave me his full box from reception), and driver of the courtesy bus was just outstanding. I'd have given this hotel five stars as it simply needs some refurbishment, but even left as it is it will always be my first choice when I go back to Atlanta.
