Great location to the Gwinnett Center. Rooms were spacious with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom could use a little maintenance, but overall good stay.

Outstanding on all accounts! People and satff were friendly, and most helpful. The room was updated--CLEAN! and spacious, with a good size TV and well equipped bathroom and low entry shower!
Business center couldn't print a label I desperately needed --so the folks behind the counter did it for me! Only negative--if you call it that, is the roads leading to the hotel are confusing, and lack adequate marking of where you are heading once on the property. Prices where excellent as well.

Typical holiday inn. My toilet ran constantly, sink dripped, refrigerator was loud. Didn't complain to management, have stayed here numerous times and never had an issue. Seems to be slipping but hope not because was always a nice hotel.

Beautiful place. Everything is clean and organized, the price was good, and above everything else the customer service was outstanding! They're extremely friendly, and they want to help you out if they can.

The customer service has been exceptional here. The front desk staff and shuttle staff are excellent and super accommodating. The food at the hub restaurant is amazing but does take awhile. The room is very clean with huge showers. Would def stay here again.

Sam in the restaurant is awesome. Very helpful and attentive to service. Connor and Celene at the front desk also great. Only thing I did not get my wake up call but thank God i had a backup

Worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. On our way back home from staying at the beautiful holiday inn beach resort in panama we stopped here for a nights rest. Staff member sent us to a room that was already occupied at 330 in the morning. Not a good start. Once we finally got to our room the door wouldn't shut all the way. It was the last room they had and I was to tired to care at that point so we just went to bed. Upon waking the next morning I discovered hot water didn't work, floors were absolutely filthy, breakfast was an extra 25 dollars and tv remote didn't work. I was with my wife and our 2 small children. I am disgusted with my experience and the lack of standards displayed at this location.

Stayed here summer 2016, been meaning to review since. Couldn't have been happier for the price paid. Friendly staff, nice beds, clean rooms. Pool should probably be a little bigger for this place, but otherwise, will definitely be staying here again.

Nice room, it was a double twin with a joined room door. I could hear the people in the adjoined room but it wasn't too loud. Good AC. The people that worked there were very helpful.

Great hotel. Rooms are a little small but beds feel great and the aesthetics are nice. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was very helpful.

Friendly staff and downstairs is updated but rooms need to be updated as well. Very safe area and quiet tho. Would recommend and stay again. The indoor pool could be a little warmer. Does have free WiFi but we kept getting kicked off every 10 minutes or so. It could have been because of so many people on the network. Even with a couple of little things not being perfect this place makes up for it to me for the safety aspect and staff friendliness from the front desk to housekeeping. It would have been 5 stars otherwise.
