Location has great view, although the area immediately surrounding the Fairfield feels quite run down. The rooms were very spacious and had a microwave, mini-fridge (NO products for purchase in fridge, guest use only) and a fairly quick coffee maker. Service from the front desk staff was sub-par. We made a reservation using the Marriott app and opted for late check-out. However, when standard check-out came around, security was sent to our room to remove us. When we showed the woman at the desk the reservation on the app showing late checkout, we were told that they don't get any info from the app.

The staff is amazing! They understand the concept of customer service. While the hotel is close to the new Mercedes Benz stadium, the location/neighborhood is very rundown. The hotel sits beside Underground Atlanta, which is no longer operational. The hotel does provide valet parking and a shuttle to get to the nearby attractions. My room was fine. It was clean. Although ear plugs were provided, I did not use them because I didn't think it was noisy.

Don't believe the website, this place is somewhat of a dive. I wish I could write two reviews: one for the staff and one for the facilities. The staff were AMAZING, truly enthusiastic and great to work with. The hotel itself, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. It's barely a step up from a budget hotel. The shower knob felt like it was about to come out of the wall, the showerhead was hanging by a thread, the "marble bar" was chipped and set on a badly painted cabinet, water stains at the top of the walls, etc. I can't believe they advertise this as a high-end place.

5 stars for this hotel's service! The valet team was quick and friendly, front desk made us feel so welcome, and we had a great time with the ladies who ran the breakfast. Some of the best service we have ever had! The hotel itself could use a few updates and the location was a little sketchy at times but the people working here definitely made up for that and then some. Would definitely come back!

This Fairfield Inn and suites must be Atlanta's Fines! Our suite was spacious and clean. Every staff person knows and operates in genuine southern charm and hospitality PLUS! Our shuttle driver was so friendly my girls and I tried to adopt her as one of our party except the had to work. Ms. Cathy and her kitchen staff prepared a health breakfast with good laughter and her wonder southern charm. It made me want to get up to come to breakfast. As guest we began to know and appreciate seeing one another in the mornings. Gee! that is so different from other hotels that provide breakfast. Every shift on the Front Desk staff are professional and helpful. The Valet and Security staff were outstanding and business fun! My family of four and I truly appreciate our visit to the Fairfield inn and suites and Atlanta. We will make it our destination again and again. WE will miss seeing you until next visit, Fairfield Inn and Suites, -Peachtree Street SW, Atlanta, Ga.

I stayed here in the winter of 2017. The breakfast staff were great. They had the most pleasant and welcoming attitude. The front desk staff was very patient, hospitable and professional. All the male drivers were kind and helpful. I only stay at Marriott and out of all the places I have stayed, this staff can teach others a thing or two about kindness, professionalism and hospitality. I had an issue in my room that was quickly resolved. I so appreciate good service no matter where I am or what it cost. Thank you Atlanta staff. I would gladly say names of these fine people, but I'm not sure it it's appropriate.

This place was awesome! My sister and I came up to Atlanta for the Corey Feldman show at the Masquerade. The location was ideal, literally less than half a block away if that. Everyone that worked there was so nice! Front desk, housekeeping, valet, everyone. The room was clean and comfortable and roomy. Then after checkout, I left my all important makeup case behind by accident on the front desk counter. Luckily I realized it before we drove all the way back home. When I called they knew what I was talking about before I even said what was missing. So cool and so fortunate that the staff was so nice and attentive to catch that and save it for me. This girl needs her makeup! I give it an A++++++ 100! :)

Our room and view was beautiful, but what really made our stay special was the fabulous staff at Fairfield Inn!! Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful. I would absolutely stay again! Also can't beat the close proximity to Marta line and downtown.

I was very pleased with my stay here. We only stayed one night. The hotel was very nice and everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here last week. Everyone was friendly, nice, and helpful, including the manager, front desk, valet, shuttle, housekeeping, and breakfast staff.

The location was convenient, and the free shuttle took us to places in the downtown area. We went down to breakfast close to closing, and were happy that all breakfast items were available to us. For our trips further away, their valet app allowed us to request our car and wait in our room for a text that it was available. Rooms were clean and the view was great. Got to spin a wheel for a free gift at check-in, and we were greeted each time we left and returned.

The manager, Jackie, went way out of her way to accommodate us after an incident we had, and I appreciate everything she did for us. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Atlanta and would return to this hotel if in Atlanta again. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta.

The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Tonya was very helpful toward my family while checking in and throughout the trip. My son was injured away from the hotel and she went out her way and call for a Taxi to send us to the hospital and paid for it. Great customer service. I would stay here again and would recommend family and friends to live here. Thank you.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was always fresh, tasty and accommodating to non meat eaters which was surprising but great!!!! The shuttle drivers were very helpful!!! There two things I didn't like about staying at this hotel were the location and lack of attractions. There is a lot of homeless and drug users around the hotel. There were security and police officers keeping the area safe so that made me feel good but scary to be out late. Also, the area lack restaurants and fun things to do!!! Oh, I forgot no pool which was sad!!!
