Betty and Omar went above and beyond to accommodate my special request. Thanks again for your help. This place was the perfect place for our stay during the Adidas Norcross Soccer cup since our matches we're at Park ridge Park only a few minutes away. Highly recommend

It was a little hard to find the hotel, even the GPS seemed a bit confused. However, the room was in good shape, despite some old-fashioned furnishings. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had been mopped with dirty water, but we just put a bunch of towels down. Plenty of outlets in our room to plug things inwe we're in a handicap accessible room, so that might be why. The breakfast was really yummy today and we'll stocked! We noticed 3 waffle makers. :-) Glad we chose this hotel and they were quite accommodating letting us check in early.

Lobby is very nice and well appointed. Room typical of hotel chain, but HVAC unit is loud. Also old analog control.

Excellent stay. The staff was very accomodating by allowing our two dogs that we took with us from Florida during Irma. Hotel has everything you need. Coffee is always available downstairs and plenty of space to work. The room itself was spacious and clean. Can't complain!

Great place to stay, directly across the street from the mall and a major interstate. The room I stayed in was very clean and smelled fresh too. The staff members were all very friendly and eager to help. I will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending friends and family to stay here also.

Incredible staff, very clean rooms, they actually follow the towel cards, go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Good beer choices, nice outdoor lounge area.

Only negative thing, the pool is a shade of green, but I am not knocking them for that. As a pool owner I know how many, many things can rapidly change the shade of the pool and that by no means, correlates with the frequency of cleaning it.

Great hotel and fair price. Staff is great. Also have the virtual key, so you can use your cell phone to open your door.

Our stay was great. Used their app to reserve the room. Used the Bluetooth key app so I didn't even have to visit the front desk. The room was great! Free breakfast and newspaper is always nice. Highly recommend.

The Sugarloaf Parkway Hampton Inn was impressive. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Near many attractions and convenieces. Breakfast wasn't just cold cereal and some fruit, but a bewildering array of options from oatmeal to waffles.

The only two negatives in our visit were that the Google map directions don't lead you to an entrance (turn onto the side street) and that they only had a power strip for bedside electronics on one side. Other than those 2 quibbles, wonderful accommodations.
