The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel bar and and food better than I was expecting. The rooms are spacious with enough decorative touches to make it feel homey. The beds are insanely conformable. The location can't be beat with dining and shopping across the street and other locations within a few minute drive.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Tonight we had to call to ask security to come about what sounded like unattended young children in the room next to us running and screaming after 11 PM. We called twice and no one ever came which makes me think there is no security on duty. I watched the parking lot and never saw a security guard. It is now 1:18 and the noise has finally gotten a little better but I am very disappointed in our favorite hotel tonight. I really don’t feel safe if security is not provided.

We had a work event in the event space down stairs. The facility was extremely clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. One of the people in our group is Gluten-free and at a last minute request they made sure they could take care of them with no issues. A++ location and services.

I was evading Hurricane Irma and stayed at this property. The staff was more than accommodating, friendly, and provided great service. They made my son and I feel very welcomed, particularly a young by the name of Mariah. She was very caring and empathetic to our situation. Very professional and awesome customer service skills.

The room was wonderful and comfortable. It was the best night sleep I've had in a while. The location is close to the interstate exit with lots of restaurant options but also has a bar and grill inside the hotel. The customer service was awesome but one of the elevators did not work so that is the main reason I didn't rate 5 stars.

We got in from a concert at 11:00 pm. Went to our room, which was clean and cool. There was very loud music coming from somewhere. (So loud you could feel the thump of the bass.) Until after 2am and two calls to the desk an hour apart. The next morning at checkout, all we get is an "I'm sorry."? Really? Not even a free breakfast, discount on the room or extra points applied to our hhonors card?! Sad. Thankful for a clean room and hot water, but VERY disappointed. Very unlike a Hilton property.

Service and room were good, hotel is clean and safe, good parking. Breakfast option is great, don't care for the fact that the breakfast bar is all self service, but they have wait staff that drops off a bill.feels awkward from a tipping perspective; however with that said the service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This location has a great outdoors firepit with plenty of comfortable seating surrounding.

Stayed there for one night over the weekend and I have to say that the management needs improvement there. Due to bad management everything suffers. Check in took good 30 min and creamer in the rooms were bad. Coffee And water was out in the lobby.
Room was small and hurt my knees so many time on the platform bed. Beds were comfortable but bathroom need updating.
Overall for the price and Hilton brand I expected a lot better , very disappointing stay overall.response / report this review -

We stayed in an accessible room. The features of the room were all excellent making our stay easy and worry free. The room features a roll in shower and the bed is elevated. The location is great in a quiet area but right across the street from we fantastic eateries. The breakfast that is available is terrific including made to order eggs, protein options, fresh fruit, waffles and more.

Rooms are great and taken well care of each day. However office chair in the hotel room is a bit greasy don't really want to sit on it to do work. Gym is tiny, took a mat to the swimming pool area to do some exercise, no gym weights beyond a single weights machine. Have coin operated washing and drying machines but no quarters to exchanges for notes so they can actually be used in the morning and just enough in the afternoon.

Checked all boxes, easy friendly check-in, indoor salt water pool, quiet, comfortable, free parking, wifi. Just be aware that breakfast costs extra. We walked across the street and had a fantastic breakfast. Will definitely consider again for the right price.
