Ideally located unit or condo accomodation. We stayed in three bedroom unit. Car parking was easy, good security functions. Great swimming area. Good local shopping. Great kitchens inside, whirlpool baths. They hassle you to buy into timeshare. If your a family wanting to stay in Orlando with rental car, this is it.

Great check in experience. We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Very clean and well maintained. It had a nice kitchen with everything you needed. We will be making this our annual stay when we vacation to Orlando. The only thing I would say is a little deceiving is the photos of the kids pool area with the pirate ship. You must be over 42 in tall and the pool is not heated. Also there's only one slight on the ship which is also miss leading from the pictures but the kids still had a great time playing in the Zero Entry pool and also spending a little time in the hot tub. Which also is not a hot tub it's more just a Whirlpool Jets as it's also not heated.

My experience so far is absolutely fantastic! :) me and my wife's honeymoon suite is more than we could have asked for, the service is very friendly and helpful, while staying they do also offer complimentary shuttle services to the theme parks which definitely saves on parking, the atmosphere and locale is awesome as well, they have a pirate themed pool with a pirate ship slide and a full service bar, they do have breakfast, available at the bar in the mornings(paid separately). The hot tub in the hotel room is a very nice addition to the suite as well. The plaza around the corner holds a plethora of shops and stores to browse in off times. The locations is pretty fair as well, about 10-15 from Disney, that is by shuttle. Overall, definitely worth recommending

Had a great stay here! We had a 3 bath 3 bedroom suite. Had a full kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, full size fridge with freezer. The was even a washer machine and dryer in the suite. Everything was clean and stocked with supplies. There's a bar and restaurant attached with a shopping outlet only a walk away. I'd definitely stay here again.

This resort is ideally located right near the major parks in a beautiful and secure area within Orlando. The rooms are very nice with nice balcony views. The pool area is huge with a nice play area for the kids and a bar and hot tubs for the adults.

Our suite was extremely nice with all the amenities of home. The only downside was the additional price of maid service--something that is expected to be included in a hotel price.

All in all, I'd recommend this resort and plan to be back next time I'm in Orlando with the family.

    Okay so first the good:
    Room was spacious
    Beds were clean
Loved the view of the pool
    The bad
You basically have to pay to breath.
You having to pay for basic housekeeping. Luckily we were only there for three days but I could imagine our room would have been full of roaches after a while because our trash can was full and housekeeping couldn't take it out because we were not gonna pay that extra fee. Also we needed an extra wash cloth because there wasn't enough for 5 of us but that was gonna be a extra fee as well. You pay so much money to stay here but you have to pay so much extra for basic necessities that we could have gotten for free any place else. And the parking was atrocious. We had to make our own parking. Then my aunt did the little presentation thing and they promised a free "continental breakfast" which was a joke. Muffins and pastries and fruit that's going bad is not a continental breakfast it is pitiful. Shuttle to Universal Studios came late. All in all we will not be staying here again.

Apartments were spacious and well equipped. Beds were wonderful, so comfortable. Spotless throughout the village resort. Close to all Disney parks, we used taxis to get us there which were inexpensive rather than the shuttle bus. Would definitely return, cannot fault anything.

Excellent service, clean, big rooms with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Everything we needed in one place. Easy to get to and has a short distance to the Disney theme parks. Has a little convenience store with regular tourism prices and a Pizza hut. Great pool and the kids loved it. We will definitely be back again here.

Our particular condo needed a serious renovation. Dishwasher, shower head, room safe, refrigerator all needed maintenance. The on site maintenance staff is great and responded quickly. Once those items were running properly we felt very comfortable in our two bedroom two bathroom condo. The property has a wonderful pirate-themed swimming pool with a large real life pirate warship as part of the decorations. We stayed at this resort to escape hurricane Irma. We live in North Miami Beach. I will say the resort staff performed extremely well during this very difficult time. We never lost power. Yet, family staying only 3 miles away at a different Hotel based condominium complex did lose power for two days.

We have used resort for family reunions and have always been satisfied. However, they have developed a new marketing strategy that shares your phone number. I assure you despite best attempts you can not remove your name from calling list. Plan on changing your number after visiting. They are using a strategy where caller ID appears to come from prefix in your area code. Unfortunately for me I had inadvertently provided work number which is used in urgent care for medical needs of my patients. Despite multiple attempts I have not been able to get my number removed.
STOP THE HARASSMENT. HAVE AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO NO LONGER USE THIS AND ALL PARTICIPATING ADVERTISERS UNTIL THIS PRACTICE STOPS.

Lovely, spacious apartment for a family of 4. Fully working kitchen with washing machine & drier. Super pool for the kids. Nice and easy drive to all of the attractions. Although buses were available via reception.

Pool bar food wasn't great; not much choice and not a vegetable or bit of salad in sight.

If you're missing a good coffee and fresh food, head to World of Coffee in the shopping area opposite (near Levi's).

Great big suites at a great price. Be ware that there is no cleaning but they stock it full of what you need. And you can do your laundry and everything. Such a great stay. The pool is amazing with the ship and there are hammocks. Can't recommend it enough.

This is the second time we have stayed here. So it must be good.😀 Rooms are nice and big. There are two pools both nice. The smaller one is quite a bit warmer. 😀 Location is good, the factory outlet behind the hotel is good for clothes and sports wear and it a short taxi ride to all the Disney parks.

It's the second time we've stayed here, this time with friends in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite in building 2. Location is great for the Disney parks, and is well situated for short drive times to them for the most part. There's also a free shuttle to/from the parks as well, should you not have your own transport. Buildings 1 and 2 back on to the outlet mall, so are a little quieter than the ones that face on to the pirate ship pool, but the facilities are still excellent. Should you need to contact guest services for any reason, if there are issues with the room for example, they're extremely helpful, and very quick to respond. There's ample parking of you're using your own vehicle too, although the car parking fills up near the entrance for each building, so you may have to walk for about a minute to your car (nothing really). We've not used the convenience store, or the Irish pub that's on site, but have had a quick look around and they seem to do a great job of servicing guests who aren't using their own transport. Overall, we'd definitely come back here, and can't recommend the place enough.

If you don't have a problem with very hard and firm mattresses then this place is a great deal. The amenities in our 2 bedroom room were great. Great jacuzzi tub and full kitchen, and plenty of closet space. We only stayed two nights, but this is a place that really is designed for a week's stay to make it worth your while. Parking is limited, so keep that in mind when you arrive. I squeezed into a space in the garage and am thankful I drive a compact size car. Otherwise you may be forced to park a ways from your building and walk a bit to your room. Otherwise this resort is maintained very nicely, and is nothing that should scare anyone away, especially for the value you receive for the size of rooms they offer. It is a timeshare resort, so if you can avoid getting sucked into one of their presentations then you will be fine.
