3 stars at best. Staff was friendly. Internet good. Hot water. Cold AC. Comfortable bed. Close to Disney. Free shuttle there & back. Free breakfast , which was decent. BUT furniture was worn & dirty. Cracked sink. Broken mirror. Remote had grease all over it. Water stains on the ceiling. Garbage behind the bed. Loud family of like 20 taking over the whole pool & begging for money. When you enter it’s like you’re entering from a back door or something. Skinny hallways. If you order, order online from Giordano’s. Delivery driver was excellent & food was good. Flyers were left in the room from some 360 pizza place who were too busy to take my order. Told me to hold then Hung up on me. Then busy line the rest of the time.

The rooms were very clean, but there was no safe in the room. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The hotel is about 15 minutes from disney, but that wasn't a problem. There is a shuttle that will go to Disney, but only once a day. And only one coming back. So if you miss it, or there are too many people - you're on your own.

We stayed four nights at the Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista while evacuating South Florida during Hurricane Irma. I cannot say enough about the staff at the Hampton Inn. They were as accommodating as possible. The hotel met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. They were fully staffed and had plenty of food and supplies. We are very grateful we had such an excellent place to stay during the storm. Thank you.

Stayed at this hotel for a vacation. It has Large, clean room and restroom. Breakfast was very good and free. Beds are comfortable and it also has a good small pool. No resort fees and the parking is also free. The service is also very nice. There is nothing to complain about this hotel.

Just back from an amazing Florida vacation. Stayed here last year for a family function and returned again this year. The location is fantastic. The service is great. There is nothing to complain about regarding this hotel. The hot breakfast daily varied from day to day and always stocked. Our only issue was a problem with the pool. It had to be closed for repair but arrangements were made for guests to use the pool next door. The manager Patrick was the friendliest most accommodating person. When we had to make alternate plans for the day due to the pool issue, we found a wonderful letter and a bag of goodies on behalf of the Hampton apologizing for the issue with the pool.
The room was clean, spacious and exactly what our family needed. We had a car rental and everything we needed from Walmart to Disney Springs was within a 10 minute or less drive. I will definitely return and have told many friends that are planning Orlando visits to make this their home away from home. Thanks for the wonderful service and for making our vacation memorable.

Pretty standard hotel for the area: filled with families in town to visit the theme parks! Very good (and free) hot breakfast. Beds are comfortable, rooms average size, has a good small pool. Would stay here again if looking for an affordable and comfortable place near the parks.

Very reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. Also, a decent commute to Disney as well as Universal parks. The service is also very nice. I had to print something but the business center wasn't working so the person at the desk printed it out for me instead.

Quiet nice very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. The location is just great. As a little restaurant and shuttle to the parks. You got basically all you need for a nice comfortable simple quiet and friendly stay in Orlando

This hotel sees many guests due to its proximity to the Disney Parks but the hotel is very well maintained and very clean. The room was exactly what I expect for a Hampton. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed this stay.

Great overnight stay at this hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was great. Even helped us out when we forgot our toothbrushes at home.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Disney Parks, restaurants, and just about everything. The breakfast included is good as is the little store on the premises and our room was clean. My only complaints are that besides a desk chair, the only other chair in the room was an arm less dining chair in the corner of the room that seemed to be the perfect chair to sit a young child for a few minutes of time-out. It would have been nice to have had a nice comfortable chair with an ottoman and an overhead reading light like other Hampton Inn Hotels that we have stayed at. My husband and I also found the bed to be overly soft for our taste. As a matter of fact, we have never slept so poorly in any hotel that we have stayed in the past and we are continuously taking overnight road trips. We both got out of bed with body and neck pain. As a matter of fact, we could not wait until morning to get out of bed. At time of check-out, I mentioned this bed situation to the front desk clerk (I did not catch her name). She then asked me if we were heading home. When I responded that we were, she said, well tonight you will get a good night sleep in your own bed. This was very disappointing!

I am a veteran business traveler transitioning into a family vacation kind of guy. We spent one wonderful night at the Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista and, other than typical Hilton family service, the three start level of this hotel is not reflective of the actual services offered.

First, there is a concierge obviously specializing in Disney but also familiar with and extraordinarily helpful with anything near by.

Second, the little efficiency store at the front desk was perhaps the best stocked I have ever seen. I was able to acquire sangria in a box and a stuffed animal to quell any tantrums before they started.

A complimentary shuttle to the Disney Parks as well as Universal is available coupled with ample free parking. I would absolutely recommend this property!
