We stayed here while visiting Disney. The price was right, and the front desk & breakfast staff were very friendly. Especially enjoyed Ed, the omelet chef. The hotel looks like a lot of people have stayed there. There were dirty floors in the halls and elevators. Most were cleaned overnight. The doors in our room did not close properly due to the screws being stripped out. Would recommend asking for a couple extra blankets to pad the uncomfortable fold out bed. The shuttle was on time. Very crowded and stopped at other hotels on the way.

What made this place great was the evening reception and the free continental breakfast. The kids loved the pool and being able to watch a movie outside every evening. We stayed two separate times. Our first room was very nice, with two queen beds, kitchen area, and separate sink and mirror in the bedroom. The kids were excited to have their own bed and cable TV. The second room needed updating as the pull out couch had mold on it, the room wasn't cleaned well, old cracked tub, and the living area carpet was pulling up where you could see the cement floor. Luckily we only stayed in that room one night and if it wasn't so late we would have switched rooms. Overall it was still a nice hotel to stay at.

Shocked to see over a 4 star rating for this property. The only noteworthy service would be the breakfast staff in the morning. They were great, organized, and very attendtive to all the guests. The customer service elsewhere, quality of rooms and cleanliness elsewhere was a 2 on a good day. Our room was gross — the toilet barely flushed, the tub didn’t drain and part of the master room smelled like urine. Also two of the lamps in the room didn’t work. Reported the issues in the morning and 12 hours later, nothing was done. When asked why, they told me that they went to the wrong room. Same your money and frustration and stay at a different property, there’s tons to pick from here in Orlando. Would have given a 1 star but I liked and appreciated the breakfast staff.

This place is great, especially for families with young kids. Free breakfast every morning, there's also an evening cocktail reception. The kids splash pad was a hit with our toddlers. The only con is that their 'pool' towels are a little larger than bathroom hand towels. You will be better off either bringing your own pool towels or just using the guest room towels at the pool. The room was nicely kept and large enough to accommodate a family of four.

Wonderful hotel that's located near Disneyworld. The hotel interior is very modern and clean. The rooms are relatively spacious and we've had no problems. The breakfast is on par with other hotels. There's also a managers reception from 5-7 where you can get free alcoholic drinks. Would stay here again.

My family didn't stay the night here, but we met up with other relatives for a family reunion. I wish we had stayed at this one! The entire hotel seems very family oriented and friendly. The pool is indoor/outdoor and there is a really cool splash area with slides and water jets for the younger kids. Inside the lobby area there are 2 Wiis to play and an area for coloring and crafts. There was an employee who seemed dedicated to playing with the kids and she was excellent!!

The rooms and amenities are clean and comfortable. I like the kid's play area and the complimentary breakfast and complimentary snack time. The only tiny downside is that our room had a few little tiny sugar ants, but so does all of Florida, so not really a big deal. The suite that we stayed in has a separate"guest" area and sleeping area with a door in between. It was nice because we came with our 2 kids, husband, and my father. My father was able to have privacy in the "guest" area with sofa bed pullout and we stayed in the main sleeping area with the 2 queen size beds. There were 2 TV's in our room and 3 different sinks and a mini fridge and microwave. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great staff, great food, great pool, great atmosphere, rooms are very nice. I've stayed here 3 times in 1 year because I work in the area. I will stay here again and again. 5-7pm is an open bar for adults. Free breakfast which is great and the breakfast chefs are hilarious, the make amazing omelets! The only bad thing I have found is 5 tiny ants in my room the one time I stayed. Other than that I love this place. Play pool for kids . Hot tub next to the outdoor bar. Pool table. Cigar patio by the pond. Indoor bar is very nice. My room looks pristine when I get back from work. Valet parking if you want for a small fee over self parking. Kid movies on a big screen over the pool. I know I'm missing things but you get the picture. STAY HERE!

The best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was perfect and a good size. Free drinks at night and an amazing breakfast in the morning. I will be looking to stay here again on my next trip

This is the perfect resort for a family vacation/ getaway. I love the fact they have something for everyone. Basketball court, beach volleyball, ping pong, indoor/ outdoor pool and the fitness center are the areas my family and I truly enjoyed.
The only reason I didn't give the resort 5 stars is because of two concerns. First, there is not adequate parking especially for handicap parking. On top of that you have to pay for parking 😕
Second concern was the fact that the front desk checkout my room to another guest and gave them a key after I had check into the room. My daughter and I was changing after coming from the pool and the strangers open our hotel door. Let's just say embarrassing🤥

Brought my wife here for a weekend get away for her first mothers day and the experience was amazing. We stayed in a poolside suite and it was amazing. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. There are a lot of fun activities to do and they offer complimentary breakfast made to order along with complimentary happy hour every day for 2 hours. There are a lot of daily activities for adults and kids that makes your stay even more enjoyable. I definitely will be back again.

This was the first hotel I've ever gotten without parents, I'm twenty one. My boyfriend and I were blown out of the water with this one. From a comfy and spacious hotel room, to a pool and jacuzzi, and free delicious breakfast. this place was great. And do not forget if you want to chill by the pool you can go inside and get a free drink alcoholic or non alcoholic and snacks!!
