Great hotel for the price, transportation to the parks is free, parking is free, WiFi is free, breakfast is free and no resort fees. Clean and comfortable rooms aswell. Great service!

People from the streets came over to have breakfast. This is trespassing! Hotel staff is lazy and don’t clean the tables. Rooms smell dusty and don’t have a refrigerator. Sucks.

The room is a nice comfortable size, with a little kitchenette including a full size refrigerator. Nice pool. Did not notice a towel station by the pool. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants, and within walki g distance to Denny's and Olive Garden and about a 4 mile drive to Disney. Great location!

Room was nice but the bathroom was really dated. Lobby staff was not as helpful as I would have expected. Breakfast was good.

Very beautiful. We're on the fourth floor and the view is great. The room is spacious. The glasses were dirty and there were no replacements but this is during the hurricane weekend so the place was packed. The bathtub faucet also leaked.

The room was fairly priced and the room was quite large. It's also in a good spot to go to the local parks. However the hallways constanly smelled and it leaked into the room. The beds were comfortable but I didn't like the pillows. If it wasn't for the smell I would rate this place a lot higher.

Nice clean hotel. Good american breakfast. Rooms have a coffee maker. Wish there were microwave and refrigerator in the room as well. Large rooms. Paid washing machine and dryer available. Good value for money. Coffee & tea available in the lobby area almost till 11pm at night.

Love it!!! I've stayed here twice and was very pleased with my stay both times. Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff and the price is right. This has officially become my hotel of choice when visiting Orlando. We did have a couple of very minor issues, but they were addressed and resolved as soon as we told the front desk. I highly recommend anyone to stay if they are in the area!

The rooms were very dirty. The bathroom smelled like pee when we arrived and the maid never cleaned the toilet, sink, counters, bathtub, or floors the whole time we were there even when we left a tip. They just took the tip and still only made beds in half the room. The room smelled like burnt bacon had been cooking in there when we arrived.
Myra in food services was very accommodating however, and breakfast was okay.
The free shuttle is definitely not worth your time. It took an extra two hours to get to Magic Kingdom and the shuttle stops at several hotels and become so jam-packed that Buddha would get anxiety.
It took 15 minutes driving ourselves minimum just to get from one parking lot to the closest park or a $20 cab ride. If you're military, stay somewhere that gives you a discount, there's plenty of other places closer that will honor veterans.

Location was excellent, very spacious and clean rooms, full breakfast, and even a free social hour. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the best places I've ever stayed! And, the price was comparable to rooms I didn't like half as much.

Enjoyed staying here for our family vacation this year. The breakfast was good and convenient, the beds were comfy, and plenty of room for family of 6 in the suite! Staff was super friendly as well! 4 nights a week they have "social" gathering they give you a snack, sodas and even 2 glasses of wine or beer per adult.

Our family stayed in a suite, the beds were extremely comfortable the room was clean and everything is in order. The location is excellent with easy access to Disney Springs and the parks. It's a great value considering its proximity to all things Disney.

I saw a few comments about the breakfast. Yes it leaves something to be desired but you'd pay $50 for a similar quality breakfast in the parks. The coffee was excellent and they offered a pretty large spread.

The only thing I would change would be the front desk woman. She wasn't overly friendly. She seemed a bit annoyed when we walked in and it took her awhile to find our reservation even though I had the confirmation in hand.

Very poor experience. Booked through Expedia and was treated poorly for it. Beware of non-suite rooms at Hawthorn SUITES. No smiles from staff, doesn't feel like a "Disney Good Neighbor". Gross breakfast. Nice pool open late. Maybe good for large families with kids who don't mind paying 3-star prices for 2-star quality. Have full review elsewhere because it's hard to type in Google Opinion. Consider these issues before booking, would recommend avoiding altogether.
