Great hotel! Great location! Very helpful staff! We stayed at The Muse, also a Kimpton brand and it was also a great experience! Rooms are small but practical and still very functional!

Nice, upscale yet cozy boutique hotel located close to shopping, trains restaurants.
Friendly staff and clean facility.
Very good restaurant right next door and you can enter through the lobby.
Rooms spacious and very well equipped.

Beautiful, spacious rooms!! Amazing staff and great location. Close to 5th, Broadway, Times Square, Empire State Building. Great outdoor space as well! LOVE THIS HOTEL!! It does not disappoint!

We had a very pleasant experience at the Kimpton Eventi hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room, etc were clean and comfortable. To top off the wonderful service, I realized the night we returned from our trip that I had left two dresses hanging in the closet of our hotel room. I called and they connected me to the lost and found. He said he didn't see anything that I described. Not a minute later after hanging up the phone he called back and described the two dresses I was missing and took my shipping information down to ship to me FedEx the next day. About 30 minutes after i spoke with the guy who took my info, I got an additional phone call from the hotel confirming my shipping info, etc. Costumer service is top notch and the hotel is clean and enjoyable.

Nice little hotel; I'm fond of the Kimpton brand. Rooms are small, but very adequate and clean. Situated perfectly if you're attending an event at Madison Square Garden.

If you're a Kimpton Karma Rewards member, you can get a $15 "raid the minibar" credit, which is nice.

I did take a bottle of champagne out of the minibar, but it tasted like it had expired. I explained this to the front desk staff, and they said they would make a note to NOT charge for it, but they charged me anyways - that's why I docked them a star.

This hotel is within walking distance from the train station. It is has a cute hipster vibe in the lobby with 2 attached bars. Drinks are pricey, but it is a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are clean.there is no ice machine and you have to call to have it brought up. Service was fine. I would recommend staying there.

The essence of cool. The location is fantastic the restaurants are outstanding and the bar is hopping each night. The breakfast buffet is tops. Staff is awesome. EVERYTHING was better than expected! Can't wait to return.

Gwen our waitress was so kind and patient. Rest of the staff was professional & helpful. Food was excellent. Steak cooked medium rare properly. Rustic & inventive food! Awesome event space for weddings & professional events with large & clear outdoor screen overlooking fountain and plaza.

Nice place. Elevators opened directly to the event space which was nice. A few bars that flow into the main lobby, which could be a positive or negative depending on your taste.

INCREDIBLE HOTEL! This place is a gem in the citybeautiful rooms and gorgeous bathrooms, spacious and reasonably priced. The staff are all amazing and friendly and very funny! I am so happy about my choice to stay here after looking for a long time. The hotel is located in a really great part of the city that was central to a lot of things we wanted to do as well as central to transportation back to JFK. BOOK IT!

I was invited to a professional seminar on the 3rd Floor of the Kimpton Hotel Eventi. The front desk was very helpful in getting me to the right place and the event was run seamlessly. The microphones and projectors were great. Afterwards my event had 2 open bars outside the meeting room. The bartenders were nice and efficient and were packed up and moved the bars away exactly at the ending time and not a second more. Location: easy to find and get to General feel: the lobby seemed to be busy and the bars on the first floor looked fun. Maybe I'll try those out next time I'm there.

Only spent a night, but a clean hotel with a friendly staff. Close to Madison Square Garden so a great place for a concert overnight. Staff upgraded our room to a corner with a view of the Empire State building and the Freedom Tower.

This hotel is one of New York best kept secrets. Lactated in the beautiful Pacific Heights area of NY , this hotel offers charm, coziness, warm friendly service and and old world European flair. The staff is professional but incredibly friendly. The rooms are appointed with all the conveniences. Every morning a newspaper is delivered to your room . The daily breakfast (included) is a first class spread with your choice of coffee's, cereals, danish, fruits, breads, cheeses,jams, etc.. Coffee and tea are available all day long and every afternoon there is a wine reception (included) for the guests. I have to say that staying here is a real treat !!!!!
