Super Friendly staff & concierge. ready to help your NYC stay to make Amazing & Memorable experiences. One of the Best locations, close to all major Tourist destinations. Enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend on the 36th Floor Suite with the Gorgeous NYC view. See you again soon! Highly recommeneded

Nice hotel at great location. Five minute walk from the empire State building. Close to metro, restaurants and shops. If you are a light sleeper, maybe consider another hotel because sirens can be heard all night. They offer free wine at 5pm which is nice.

I stayed at this lovely property for one night before an early flight out of JFK. It's so much nicer than the hotels that are right outside of the airport. I definitely prefer the 30 min ride to a sub-par hotel. We had a lovely suite which was incredibly spacious. The front desk staff and bellman were very kind and courteous. I was disappointed in the resort fee but the room credit made me feel a bit better. There are several bars and restaurants within a block of this hotel and a dog park next door. I will definitely be back.

We checked in and immediately enjoyed a glass of wine to settle us after a busy day in the city. The hotel's happy hour was WONDERFUL! The room was spacious, and the hotel was in a nice location. We enjoyed dinner from the Thai restaurant next door.

This is such a sweet spot with world class customer service. I have stayed at 4 Seasons Hotels and this Hotel did it better. The location in midtown is very centrally located and small, ethnic restaurants are chock a block on 9th Avenue. You enter into an inviting lobby(especially on a wintry night with a fire blazing in the fireplace), which is the place for the free breakfast and a generous wine/alcohol/cheese & crackers happy hour. My room was serene, quiet and clean. The bath is large and also very clean. The BEST thing about the place is the customer service. I felt so welcomed and catered to. SUSAN and her wonderful staff are so accommodating and full of suggestions. There were great restaurant recommendations, news about museum exhibits as well as discounts for Broadway plays. This is an awesome hotel, deserving of the praise they have been given.

Great hotel! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating! Parking was easy.. And lots of great restaurants are close by. The room was very clean! Breakfast was served until 11 and was delicious!! Coffee and espresso were served all day!
