Always a lively place. Wide variety of interesting and quality products. I find the employees to be generally in a good mood. Very clean and well presented. (Always fasten furniture to walls and follow directions!). There is also an excellent kitchery and eatery here. The food is fresh and offerings include reasonably priced gourmet items from time to time. Family friendly all the way!

I like to go to IKEA for a variety of reasons. The first is their breadth of offerings. What a selection! I have found materials for my home often at IKEA. From kitchen, to bath, to living room to bedroom, my home office and outside, this IKEA is always a great source.
The staff here is very attentive. They know their materials and do well in describing them, answering questions and perform high quality customer service. The back office, so-so. I think they need a little encouragement to let them know what an important and key role they play in bringing these fabulous items to market.
The products are from all around the world. I have always found them to be easy to assemble and the look just like what I saw in the showroom or better when I have them in my home.
It’s a real treat to eat at IKEA too. I am lucky enough to live nearby so I sometimes go there just for lunch. Their cafeteria food is fresh and unique. I enjoy the specialty items they occasionally offer that come from Sweden! They have wonderful lunch specials at checkout and sell most of what they serve in the cafeteria nearby the checkout as well.
The music in the store is upbeat and not too loud. Their decorations and arrangements of goods are artistic and well worth just looking at even if you don’t intend to buy. They offer a whimsical set of children’s toys along with their functional furniture.
I enjoy visiting this IKEA location and I hope you do too!

Love, love, LOVE IKEA. This is destination shopping for us as it takes a special trip to get there. I could spend all my time in the marketplace. Recently discovered that the cafeteria opens up an hour earlier than the store. Decent food, coffee and price for breakfast. Lunch and dinner pretty good, too. We now time our visits to eat there.

Always fun to bet lost in Ikea, they have a great selection, the food is always good however the price of the food is too much. 10 meatballs, on scoop of mashed potatoes with a ladle of gravy should not cost 5 bucks. The clearance sections is the best part of the store. Lots of great finds for everyone if they look hard enough.

Apart from being quite a distance from home, this store is awesome! Their furniture showroom is huge. The restaurant is very accommodating. The food is delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were comparable if not less expensive yet the quality of merchandise surpasses all! Great experience!

I've been loving the products in the catalog for a few years but hesitant to buy online as no store was in the town that I lived THEN moved close a Ikea !!
Helpful, Knowledgeable & Friendly staff
You don't have to look for them. They are all over the store!!

TIPS: Make time so you can take time to visit showroom. Write down ALL that you are interested in and measure it then go back home check measurement of that "special spot" fit ----you will go back.
Eat at Cafe, great food at great prices, it may be hard for you leave.

Huge store with all kinds of home furnitures and furnishings. Categorization of items make it easy for shopping. Great for setting up kids room and dorm. Nice restaurant. Kids play area near entrance is added advantage.

My first time going. I’ve heard people say that it was a maze but I didn’t believe them. They do have arrows and a map to show you where you’re going. I knew what I wanted from the website, I just liked that I could see it in person. Very good quality, bought a real wood 8 drawer dresser that you would pay $600 for anywhere else for $249. Great deal. The food was surprisingly good as well.

This place is HUGE! Upstairs they have displays, like ideas of how you could set up a room. Many, many displays. You can get really good ideas of how you might want to decorate. And then, downstairs is where a the stuff is to buy. It is well organized for the size and the staff we spoke with were helpful. You have to check this place out! Oh, and there is a Black Rock Restaurant across the road!

First time shopping at an IKEA. Great selection, great price. Hate the gauntlet they call a showroom you have to traverse. Great concept but there should be ways to get out when you're done. Lines were long to checkout. Next time I'll find what I want online then just go right to the warehouse.

Certainly one of the best store for furniture shopping and more. I love the diversity of choice that you can find there, the shopping experience and the price of course. The down side is the time to build everything. It can be lengthily for large pieces but it's what makes the price affordable and the transport to home easier. I am also amazed by the engineering put in furniture to make it easy to build (instruction don't use any word, just graphics) by anybody and quite robust. If you start with an empty house you can fully equipped it in this store, including some food! Speaking about food, the restaurant is really good and they have a kids place.

Prices very good. Huge selection. Place is a maze. Really need the map they provide. Food good and inexpensive. Plan to walk a lot. Once you get in, it's difficult to get out due to the floor layout. Plan to bring your own bags or be prepared to purchase theirs.

My favorite furniture store, so much variety. Stuff for a kitchen which you don't find in other stores. Nice fashionable designs. I just like to go there to be inspired.
I am enjoying their restaurant, too. Very reasonable prices. Environmental friendly, real silverware and real China dishes. Eating with style. That's what European responsibility is about.
Michigan has already large garbage dumps, everywhere. Stop with restaurants which creates plastic garbage, stop with throw away plastic silverware or plates.

The cafe is alright. The marketplace is my favorite place for modern and cheap housewares. The showroom is fun to browse. Some furniture is great but most is not meant to last. I can easily spend 5 hours and $500.

Staff is friendly, products are great. Food is usually pretty tasty too, with a fairly good selection if you decide to eat there. We've purchased quite a few items, and found a few great deals in the "as-is" area. The pick-up area at the end for special items is a little slow, but there is a nice place to wait.

It was my first time there and I loved it. Some of the materials are a bit on the cheap side, but most of the prices are low. The general style is far above par, and there are a lot of steals. I bought a desk and it was very easy to put together. All the tools came included besides a hammer. The food that I had was good, and they have a nice dining area. Not the cleanest though. Same with the bathrooms, those were pretty tore up. It's a cool place to go even if you aren't planning on buying anything. Also, everyone there seems to be in good spirits. It kind of felt like an art gallery or museum.
