My girlfriend got the furniture she wanted. We negotiated a better price. Some of the experience was good some was not so good. The first salesperson pass off to a second salesperson. Probably because we weren't buying $10,000 worth of furniture. Who knows for sure. But we did end up buying a loveseat, recliner chair and a table. My girlfriend was happy and that's all that matters.

These people are literally the worse! They sold us a bed frame that couldn't support the king size mattress & box spring our sales person recommended. The frame begins showing sign of wear underneath & wood begins to strip. We call for service because the bed is new and has never been moved. Service comes and asks us how it happened, we're just as confused, explaining there's nothing we could have done to cause this issue. No kids jumping on the bed, no obesity issues, just us two and our king size sinking ship. Yet somehow it gets written up AFTER they leave that the bed was broken by force??? What kind of force breaks a king size, tufted $2K bed frame. The problem is after some research on my part of the vendor that as I stated earlier the frames capacity can't support the $2500 mattress set they also sold us so add our 340 pounds of combined body weight and there you have it! It's just been a year this August since we purchased the bed and so far it's collapsed 3 xs even when no one is home. We reach out to Art Van again. They treat us as if they're doing us a favor, to send a second "technician " out who was suppose to install wooden planks under the skinny slabs of wood that one would find as support beams on a full size bed at best; but instead they dupe us and just stick the wooden blocks under the bed without so much as a screw to secure them. OF COURSE the wooden blocks eventually fell and so did my $5K expectations of this bed & store. They also found a way to screw up our delivery of our couch that I took off Work to be at home to receive. As a follow up a manager called to apologize, reschedule, & offer us a gift card that we NEVER received. I followed up about the bed again today with a service manager who again will do us a "favor" and send the service team back out to secure the wooden blocks properly but has no record of a gift card. DONE.

I had the fortunate opportunity to deal with JP and John.
They guided me every step of the way when selecting my living room and dining room furniture for my new home. They were patient, kind, informative and beyond helpful. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to them helping me select my bedroom set in the future.response / report this review -

Horrible place do not go! Besides the horrible service they have with unprofessional,untrained and clueless personal they will get your order wrong. I went there purchased $2000 of furniture, asked them to deliver on Friday because I was moving to my new home and needed my beds so my kids and I wouldn't sleep on the floor,Diana I believe her name is decided to do my delivery until the following Friday didn't even bother to confirm. And besides that the wanted to sell me a cheap mattress for a high price when online they had a decent one for much less. I called because I thought it was odd there was no confirmation call but let me tell you they never answered there phones! I had to drive up there and talk to a manager and I didn't get my stuff until Monday. And wait I asked them to call me prior 30 min and the didn't they should up and never called I knew they were there because my neighbor called me to tell me. They were so rude! I had to sleep on the floor and never was I told sorry for there mistakes!! The sales associate was supposed to call to apologize and I'm still waiting 🤔

The service is horrible. Furniture quality is pretty good so far, but I can buy good furniture elsewhere. The sales associate who told us that she was going to "follow us like a shark." (Renee) was terrible, she did not tell us about all of the fees and the fact that the financing type we chose would not cover special deliveries, she also did not disclose a $50 application fee. This moves our "zero percent" financing option to 5% right off the bat. (Our purchase was just about $1,000 on the amount that we were allowed to finance.) Items from our order were not delivered with the furniture and we still haven't received one of the 3 pieces we ordered in May. (This piece was not a special order.) The staff seemed most concerned with getting their tiny commission or hitting their sales numbers and not concerned at all with making sure things were done correctly. I will make it a point not to shop at Art Van in the future.

Most disgusting place. They are sweet talking when selling. And when we get delivery we get missing items and they say its extra cost from them. Sales persons will con you a lot here.

Thank you, Barry Brett for being nothing like the poor reviews. You were all I want in a furniture consultant. No hovering, no B.S. shmooze, no pressure tactics. You greeted us, respected our space, offered a little info with a dash of humor and let us approach you when we were ready. Quickest and most pleasant furniture buying experience. An amazing deal too!

Went in last Friday to price out flooring. The sales manager of flooring (Gary) was obnoxiously rude and uncaring. He very obviously didn't want to be there or do his actual job that day, so I left. I will definitely never go back to Art Van for any needs due to this experience . He was downright disrespectful.

Im surprised to see negative reviews. Came in looking for a mattress the lady helped me through the process did the sleep test and she matched me with 4 real nice mattresses that matched my price range. Ive never gotten better sleep happy I chose art van to go to
