Heater or fan in the room was out of control: worked all night long, didn’t roast me but the noise caused me to wake up numerous times during three nights I stayed.

Included breakfast is just better than nothing.

Visited my friend who is staying here on a temporary work trip. Seemed like a nice home away from home. The suite was a little small, but that may be because of whatever size her work paid for. I know Marriott has been very tolerant of her dog who gets anxious and barks sometimes. Everything looked very clean. The security door to her part of the building was broken, which I didn't like. Hopefully they fix that up soon.

Great place to stay if you're local (or out of town) and need a staycation, lost power, or are traveling on business. Convenient snack stand, great free breakfast, and a very courteous staff (Steve the manager helped me out when I was in a pinch).

We booked a room, and got it upgraded with our AAA card. The rooms were exquisite, the kitchen was modern and there was a fireplace in the living quarters. The bathrooms also look amazing. Our concierge, Jeanette, was the best. Every time we saw her, she was smiling, upbeat, and ready to help. She made our experience even more enjoyable. Our stay was amazing, and I would definitely return.

The rooms are good but the bed is very hard to sleep on like a rock, when requesting for room cleaning the housekeeper likes to go through your stuff just to steal while you are out of your room and won't clean your room up very good, they don't have coffee filters if you want to brew coffee in your room, and the A/C unit is not blowing cold air unless they gives you a potable A/C to takes up the side of your bed. I wouldn't recommend any one to book there if they hire good housekeepers that wouldn't steal your stuff and not clean up very good spots

The Residence Inn by Marriott is a good hotel and the staff is friendly. I did not like the breakfast food. Overall, the hotel is a solid 3 when you spend numerous days in hotels like I do.

Good hotel in a good location. Bed is great and provide excellent quality of sleep Outdoor pool is nice and warm, the gym is small but sufficient Breakfast is ok The staff if very friendly

Worst night sleep of my life. I swear the bed was two box springs stacked. No way that was a mattress of any kind. There was no hot water to the sink, the bathroom vent fan was non operational, a/c unit outside was very loud, the people in the pool kept us up til midnight, the tv reception is poor. The bathroom door was splattered with lord knows what, looked like its been there for months. The shower has a super low ceiling and is awkward, and I needed my husband to be able to turn the shower fixture knob, and even he struggled to turn it! Front desk lady told me all the beds are new. I told her go sit down on that bed and then talk.

I gave them a three only because the television reception and the wifi sucked.. The pillows was way to soft for me.. But the manager said they was in the process of switch to another provider.. But other then that it was nice.. They have a kitchen meaning a fridge stove top dishwasher.. Plates pots and pans.. Put it like this the only thing you need to bring is the food. They have a continental breakfast.. From Monday to Thursday they had something different going on Like a mixer they bbq and sample night.. It was cool the staff was so friendly and nice. That was the one in Livonia. I want to see if it's one closer to me and if they have the same thing.. I truly loved my stay over all.

The hotel is pretty good but a remodel is needed within five years. The fitness center, which is really just a room, should be bigger with more fitness equipment. The breakfast bar is good.
