Wonderful food and great service, but a bit pricy. Try the Brisket Mac N Cheese, it's to die for.
Excellent bar and restaurant. Mac and cheese with Brisket is incredible. Refrigerator & microwave in room.
Room is clean and service is fine, however, the TVs don't have HDMI inputs! It's the year 2017 and some people travel with their own media to hookup. Now I'm stuck here all weekend with an Xbox that I can't use. Great! Time to upgrade the TVs!
You would think that Sheraton is a 4Star hotel, but this is just a basic one. Much like America's Best Inn or Motel 6. Front desk staff is great though.
The hotel seemed nice, but I didn't go into any of the rooms. I had dinner at the restaurant there. I had the mahi tacos and they were delicious. It didn't come with any sides, but we're filling enough in their own. They have a large selection of draft beer. I think they had around 20 taps. I'd eat here again if I'm back in the area.
I'll start by saying that four points and this four points in particular has had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. I've stayed at many many different brands within Marriott and Starwood and this blows any of them out of the water. The hotel is clean, staff is excellent. I want to point out Veronica in particular. She has served me breakfast every day so far (I've stayed 2 weeks) and she has been nothing but a delite every morning. She has represented this hotel and this company in the best way possible. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
Uh I've traveled for almost 18 years and I've come to have expectations with certain hotels. Stay in a cheap hotel, expect a cheap hotel. Stay in a Four Points, expect above average. Not here. This Four Points needs some improvements. Room was small and did not have many places to charge tech stuff.
Visited Detroit over the weekend, stayed here because the other sheraton in the area was full. After my experience with "queen" at the front desk I completely understand why one hotel that's half a mile away is booked full and there were only 5 cars in the parking lot at this hotel.
Queen was incredibly rude at check in. I requested an extra room key and you would have thought I insulted her mother, she actually replied "hotel policy is 2 keys per room". As if that wasn't bad enough the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and then the next morning when I tried to shower there wasn't any hot water! I called the front desk, got to speak to the same rude employee as the day before, all she did was tell me there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak to a manager, was told there wasn't one available (ON A SATURDAY!!!!) I asked to have one call me, that was Saturday, it is now Wednesday, still never spoke with a manager.
Trust me when I say you'd be better off staying at a red roof inn.
Disgusting experience. Stayed 2 nights discovered the hotel had no hot water called the front desk was lied to and told they checked another room and we're moving me to a room with hot water. Second room still was freezing cold water. Asked for a refund for my second night was informed there was no manager on duty or available by phone. Received a follow up call from a manager THREE days later and was told she didn't have time to address my concerns and return my call. Worst customer service interaction of my life, spent $250 to not be able to shower for 2 days. Many other much better hotels in the area for the price.
I checked in at 3 in the morning due to delayed flight and first thing i get was a complain from the shuttle driver that i was late to come to the shuttle and he can wait for passengers endlessly. Checked in luggage takes time, dont they know that? The window had no light blocking curtain, and the parking lot outside was brightly lit, the whole room of bright even in the middle of night. (check pics) At breakfast one of the butter cube was given in open condition and it too 20 mins to serve a waffle. After checking out I requested for bill receipt in email which i did not receive. I was an international visitor and went back. There is no email address so had to call international which is expensive in my country to get the bill.
Overall not a pleasant experience.
The super sweet staff at this hotel helped calm my nerves as I was displaced from my family for a day by Delta Airlines. From the moment I called for a shuttle to the moment I turned in my room key, I felt comfortable in this clean, newly renovated hotel. The room service is inexpensive and was delivered on time and hot. The water pressure is very good (a "treat" after a weekend of the drimble drabble of well water on the farm). I had a room by the elevator and, while I thought it would be loud with all the airline personnel coming in and out, as soon as I hit the ultra-comfy bed I was OUT.
