  This is a great facility! The whirley ball cars work well, and it's a RIOT of a food time!! There are also arcade games and a bar inside, so there's plenty to do while you're between games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The announcer keeping track of the game over the speakers did a great job too!
  
  I give it 4 stars because their food is pretty mediocre.

  Had a blast but it seems they need a bit of an equipment upgrade. If you didn't get a "good" buggy, you were left in the dust. Staff was okay.

  We hosted an event at this facility and the bartender couldn't be more rude. He was rude from the second we walked in wouldn't bring out pop to the room said there wasn't enough room said I can go to the bar if I want it. Told us we had to be out of the room because they had another party right after we asked if we could go out in the main area told us we could but dumped out all of the pitchers of beer that we bought mind you we bought the beer and wine package! They kicked us out of the room and the Other room was available for them to put the people the came in after us. Everything we asked him to do it seemed like an inconvenience to him. I would never host another event at this facility the customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

  Had a blast with my friends but the food is mediocre at best. I would recommend going here for the game and drinks only.

  loads of.fun, nice facilities. great for groups, in fact you should really have at the very least a group of 8, preferably 10 or more.

  We had our wedding reception at the Novi Whirlyball location this past weekend (4/23/17). That's rightWEDDING reception. We wanted everyone to have fun and the staff delivered! Carrie (the main manager) was 100% on board the from day one and excited to help plan the first ever wedding at their venue. She made herself available through email as well as in person for planning and even a tasting. We had a chicken/beef taco bar which again was spectacular and all of our guests loved it because it was just, "Steak or Chicken" like the typical wedding. Doug (the other manager) was hilarious and on top of everything keeping all the food and beverages full!
  
  I would choose this venue over and over again. The food, the whirlyball, the staff, the FUNmuch love and appreciation goes out to everyone who works there and helped make our day possible.

  Had a ton of fun playing a few games for a team outing. The place isn't the easiest to fine but the google location is accurate on the far west end of the building.
