Excellent customer service. Clean and quiet. Close to a casino and walking distance from the famous L. Wonderful location without downtown prices.

Exactly what you expect from Hyatt. Comfortable room, bed, pillows. Clean and neatly decorated. Friendly, helpful staff. Being allergic to feathers, I am especially grateful that the alternative bedding is just as luxurious as the regular. No surprises.

I was there for an evening conference. Parking was plentiful and free. The grounds were very clean and we'll kept. Great location!

The hotel is in decent condition and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The check in staff was nice and courteous. The Networks restaurant staff service needs improvement. The walls in between the rooms are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbor coughing and their loud conversations.

The food is amazing and so are the rooms. Very impressed. I'm hard to please. But Hyatt Rosemont pleased me. From the staff to the room and bar amazing. Turned a bad day into a good!

Was there for the Channel Pro SMB forum today. Good meeting space, fast WiFi and power outlet strips at each table. Staff was attentive to keeping coffee and soft drinks stocked and quick to remove dishes when done with snacks and meals. Would recommend it for a professional event.

Stayed one night for personal. Nice room, clean hotel, quiet rooms. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. Nearby the airport, but not too close. Will stay again.

The conference room was clean, easily accessible and provided enough space for everybody to attend the event comfortably. The staff were friendly, professional, and urgent. I would definitely recommend this location again for use in any professional event. Thank you.

We stayed on the third floor. Not much of a view but the room was clean and beautiful. Hotel staff are friendly and happy. Easy transportation via taxi or Uber from the location as well. Offers hotel shuttle service too.
