My 3rd time at this property and it's still great. Nice proximity to the airport for next day flights. Staff is friendly and rooms are well kept.

Just checked in, my second visit to this hotel. The check in process was top notch! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even recommended dinner, which was great! Highly recommended, mostly for the staff, but the rooms are nice too.

The rooms are great, with comfy beds, a refrigerator and a nice shower, however don't expect to buy anything in the little store without waiting for a very long time. After finishing with a guest at the desk the employee assisted five guests who called or walked up after me without saying a word to me but kept glancing over to see if I was still there. After fifteen minutes I simply left without my purchase and she didn't acknowledge me, even though there was no other guest and she wasn't on the phone. It faster and less of headache (even when you have a headache) to go to the Wood Dale Target.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly, kind and attentive. I was there for a family emergency and they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. The entire staff was welcoming and caring. A special thank you to the GM and the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Had breakfast here for a business meeting. Nothing special with the breakfast buffet. Hot eggs, bacon and sausage. There were also some pastries and fruit. Coffee was decent. Nice perk if you're staying there.

Pleasantly surprised at at this DoubleTree.

Room was a very good size and comfortable. Loved having a balcony and robes in the room. Room service was reasonably priced and delicious. Wished there was bath tub but the shower was huge.

Will definitely stay here again!

Great staff; very friendly & helpful. This is definitely a lively hotel. Guests like to congregate in the lobby, bar & restaurant area & mingle. I had a suite. Very nice. Had a sitting room with desk area and a separate bedroom. Comforts of home. I'll be back.

It's a very nice place, but because it has a restaurant it does not serve free continental breakfast. I haven't stayed in a decent hotel in ages that doesn't serve a free continental breakfast. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and pretty and has all kinds of amenities.

Always enjoy the Hilton brand and this was no exception. Quiet, clean room with friendly desk staff. Bathrobe was a nice touch as well.

Really nice hotel to stay, this location has the best Lobby I've ever been in. Its the first thing you see when you walk to the front desk. The staff was very helpful and efficient the room was. Clean, pretty and big with a 50" Samsung T.V. I loved it also big Windows decent view to a foresty area very quiet. I really enjoyed staying there.

Great service. One of the few hotels that actually know how to serve great breakfast in a very easygoing ambience.

Cozy rooms with Comfy beds with beautiful interiors.

Been staying it this hotel often for business trip. Hotel room are great. Clean with a lot of space. there is no complimentary breakfast , and for 10$ you can get better breakfast elsewhere. atmosphere in hotel is great and Hotel employees are very friendly and helps when requested.

Loved this hotel. It's in very quiet location. Great for people with business trips and people that's looking for hotel near airport. We were welcomed with warm delicious chocolate chip cookies. Also this hotel has indoor heated pool which makes them best for me.
