Great standby right next to Ohare Airport. They will pick you up in the shuttle anytime of the day or night. Good food and suite style rooms

Had a flight cancel on me, so I ended staying the night at the Sheraton. Overall rooms and common areas are very clean. Rooms are very spacious, with most of them being suites. I did not get to try the food in the lobby, but they do have a bar an TV there should you just want to get drinks. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport and offer shuttle service quite frequently. Not much more you can ask for in an airport hotel!

Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the customer service was ON POINT. The curtains made the room very dark making it easy to sleep in. The room was a lot bigger than I expected, too. We stayed there for a concert at the all state arena nearby and were able to walk to and from the hotel. I don't normally leave reviews but I thought this place deserved one. If you are looking for a place to stay for an event at the arena, I highly recommend this one. There is a hotel right next to the arena but just in the few minutes we were walking to the arena I saw several planes fly directly over it and I don't know how well I would sleep through that.

Nice hotel with sufficient gym services. The middle area is quite and good for working. Price is also very reasonable.

Hotel is convenient to airport and the airport shuttle is very efficient, not to mention no cost. It's a little dated but rooms are very big. Bed was too firm and the pillows too soft for me but if that's your thing stay here for sure. It was overall a good stay with friendly staff and I'd recommend if you're looking for a hotel convenient to O'Hare.

Got a voucher from United airlines due to a missed connection. Shuttle runs every 20mins after midnight. Shuttle takes ~10 minutes depending on how many other guests they need to pick up. Check in with the United voucher was easy. The voucher was for ~$110 The building is quite dated and a few of the atrium lights were out. The rooms were very spacious and clean. However, it's 2017 and wifi isn't free at the hotel. If I were paying ~110 for the room I would expect free WiFi, and a bit comfier.

Very nice hotel close to the Airport. Excellent service and high quality of the rooms. The shower was a bit dated and there wasn't a big flow of water. Overall good experience for a short and even mid term stay.

Nice rooms and nice lobby atmosphere. Food at the restaurant is good. Best lettuce wraps I've had in a while. Also a restaurant option right across the street.

Went for a company event that was located in a first floor conference room. Atmosphere was nice, but an electrical issue caused the lights to flicker when they were dimmed. Attentive wait staff and good food, but dishes could have been cleaner. Found a couple of glasses with food particles stuck in them. Impressive dining/lounge area in the center of the building. Did not stay in a room, so I can't comment on that.

We parked here with Global Airport Parking and loved the ease of our transaction. The staff made it easy and quick to register our car and get on the shuttle. Shuttle service was prompt and driver was friendly. Very quick drive to the terminals.

The hotel is clean and professional. Close to a lot of restaurants. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also helped me switch to a better room without hesitation when I got 2 double beds instead of 1 king. Great weekend stay.

The hotel was beautiful from the moment I stepped in; spacious, clean, well-lit, and all around pleasant. The staff were helpful and courteous, going so far as to recommend restaurants and local points of interest. My room was amazing, it was so spacious and comfortable.

Great rooms and reliable airport shuttle. Location is nice for the airport however not much else around so you'll have to have some other transportation present. Overall nice hotel

Front desk didn't bother us to check out at all and nobody did at all until nearly 3 PM and even then it was just housekeeping. Great place if you don't like early checkout. Pay the extra $20 or so for a Club Suite to gain access to the Club room and a room on the top floor (the last to be cleared & cleaned ;-). Other than that Hotel is respectable. Nothing special, but no complaints either.
