Great hotel for any occasion. Everyone is friendly and very professional. We ordered roomservice and the food was sent up quickly and at a very reasonable price. The Jr. Suite is a must for a special occasion and the hotels other facilities are top notch. I will definitely be back again.

Very happy with my stay. Very nice conference facility. Buffet breakfast excellent. Omelets were absolutely perfect. Really impressed with the fresh fruit. Be sure to visit international Market in town.

Huge, well decorated public lounge area with many separate groupings to sit and relax. B restaurant had good food and reasonable prices. Actual rooms could use a bit of an update, but clean and large (2 room suite). Great gym area, pool area lacks hot tub but has many lounge chairs.

The conference food is delicious. We had a buffet breakfast and lunch. Both had great fresh flavorful food. This is hard to accomplish for large groups. I planned large corporate events for years and have eaten a lot of "conference food". This was the best. Great job to the Chef and staff.

I've stayed a lot of hotels. And as far as looking nice.. that's about it from the moment you park your car it goes downhill. Constant business cars blocking foot traffic into the building. Poor service from desk clerks to the food servers. Unclean classes floors, still kinda looked nice but that's about it. The shower was hot for about a couple of minutes with very low water pressure. Through only thing I can say that wasn't bad was the comfort of the bed.

You do have to request a fridge if you want one, but this seems to be common to the area. I'm only mentioning it because it isn't mentioned on their website. They were very fast to get me one, but it was a surprise.

Very nice hotel. Friendly. Staff, great price, and convenient location. They have tried to update the hotel but it def needs some love. It's old age still shows, even through the enhanced updated they have done.

I've stayed at many Hiltons, I stayed at many different hotels across the country, I do have to say Quinton C ("Q") at the front desk more than anyone before him made sure my entire stay was perfect. A wonderful gracious attentive staff who always called me by my name. Wow. The food.. the food at B is AWESOME. Morning, noon, and night, the food, staff, and the insanely awesome golf course and swimming pool. I'm in heaven

I arrived late and couldn't check in without my friend who was on the reservation and who was also an hour behind (eta midnight) tired and hungry from traveling, I went to buy a few snacks from the store. The front desk manager waived it and then offered me a water bottle too - so nice!! 5 star service! Nice people like this need to be on the news more. Thank you!

A hotel sitting on a beautiful golf course. This Hilton has a sleek and modern lobby with layered areas for seating, all surrounded by a great view of the golf course and landscaping. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us the entire stay. The elevators could benefit from a modern upgrade, and the rooms were average (there were spots on some of the furniture in one of our rooms). Overall a good resort to relax, play golf, or enioy being away. A modern upgrade to some infrastructure and cleanliness, and this would definitely be a 4 star hotel.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds (paying extra to do so) via Priceline, but when I checked in, I was told that those rooms were all taken and I was given a room with a king and no couch, so I got a cot instead. I can't say it was a great experience. The room and hotel in general were clean so that expectation was met, but the customer service left much to be desired for a hotel that is supposed to be so nice.

Excellent location. Great views. Walls were a bit thin. Could hear people drop things above us and talk on the phone next door. Ordered breakfast in bed via the placard on the inside of our door. When it came in the morning, we were missing toast, but they delivered it quickly after a call down to the desk. Live band in the lounge area in the evening gave a nice atmosphere for the lobby. All in all, good stay.

Though I was at the Hilton, I did not do an overnight stay, but rather, attended a job fair. Regardless, the Hilton was clean, professional looking, had good looking conference rooms. Though signs were not directing job seekers in the right direction, a Hilton staff member did make sure we were going I'm the right way. The building looks well kept with plenty of rooms - I'll keep this in mind when I return to Oakbrook to stay a night or few. Plenty of parking, and staff were available for valet parking and assistance with luggage. The golf course is very close by, should one want to play a quick 9 or the full 18 holes.

Was here for a Volkswagen car event. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and we'll taken care of. Although I didn't play the golf course looked very nice. Many people were playing. Did not spend the night but it looked like an excellent place to be. Great area of chicago.

The rooms and surroundings were GREAT! I was there for a conference and had zero issues with the staff or accommodations. However, the food was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE at the in-house restaurant. Wood fired artisan pizza for $6 on Happy Hour, drinks were moderately priced on Happy Hour and the staff was superb! There were a few hiccups that made me give 4 stars instead of 5 (Google apparently doesn't allow half stars) and it was that our lunches were served in the rooms we met in and weren't all that great. My company did a Chicago Dog bar with hamburgers for those that preferred beef and frankly (no pun intended) the meal was gross. The dogs were dried out, the burgers were tough and obviously cooked hours earlier and kept warm. Overall, the meals served by the catering were less than stellar but the food I got in the real restaurant was AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about the restaurant staff and bartenders for being much friendlier than most folks I've met from the windy city. Kudos.
