Its a nice hotel for Airport passengers who missed their flight on the way to destination. They have tie up with American Airlines and British airways for such travelors. Their shuttle provides pickup and drop services between hotel and airport. The food served in the restaurant is tasty.

The room was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Also the hotel had s nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chicago area.

Rooms are really nice here. There is also an airport shuttle but be careful and make sure you tell the driver you are going to the Marriott suites or you may be taken to another Marriott, as there are multiple nearby. happened to me. Well equipped gym and nice pool. Only drawback is there is no Marriott lounge here.

Nice hotel, but there is no free wifi, which is almost unheard of these days. It seemed like a location that charged for all the extras because they expected a lot of business travelers who wouldn't mind that policy. I had to mark it down simply because the value wasn't quite there for the high price.

The location is very good - beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself is well built to be pleasing to the eye. The room was laid out although the bed sheet on my pull down bed was torn on one end which would not be expected on a hotel of this standard. But the customer service is good.

Amazing accommodations! Customer service at the front desk was phenomenal. We were there for an anniversary party in the city. The room was clean. I noticed a little dust on the ottoman and tray. But I am super particular about hotel rooms so this room exceeded my expectations. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. One suggestion, however, I wish the shuttle would operate within a 5 mile radius other than airport pick up. Props to the pick up though. They were always on time and fast.

The room was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. We had two private parties in three days, and had their daily brunch on the first morning there. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

Have always booked there for seven years when I have a convention to go to and have not been disappointed since. Their prices are good for what they offer. The staff are usually nice and willing to assist you. And the rooms of course have been wonderful to sleep in as I always pick their suites. I just wished they'd bring back the cucumber, lemon, watermelon water. Those were really helpful to have during the times it was hot during the convention season!

The room was large, clean and comfortable - what more can you ask from a hotel. They have an indoor pool which was heated not very busy. They also have a hot tub and gym but I didn't try either of those. The restaurant inside the hotel had above average food for a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel if we go back to Chicago.

Great location near Park Ridge. The rooms seem like they've been recently renovated. Super clean. WiFi is actually fast and easy to connect to. Nice staff, but I didn't need to interact with them much. Nice bar in the lobby with good food, especially the cheese plate and pork tacos.

Great location and really nice rooms. The staff are very warm and welcoming. Good spot if you are ever passing through O'Hare.

One of the best Marriott properties I've stayed in. The customer service is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and modern. The beds were so comfortable I could have slept all day lol! I will definitely be staying here next time I'm visiting Chicago.
