The personal working the front desk were friendly and helpful. Answered my questions about riding the airport shuttle early the morning. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn many times. I always feel like I am home when I walk through the front door. The front desk staff is not always the same but they are always fun and friendly, courteous and efficient. They are so good I tried other IHG brands to see how they are.

This was a lovely hotel. I wish I needed to stay for more than one night. The best were comfortable and the layout was great. The employees I spoke with at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The view was also lovely. It was fun to watch the planes coming into O'hare. It was surprisingly quiet for how close to the airport the hotel is. I didn't hear a sing plane through the night. However I feel bad for anyone over 5'5 who wanted to take a shower as I felt like I giant in the shower. I had to crouch in order to wash my hair. Also the housekeepers could do a little better of a job. There is a comfy chair in the room that I moved to get a better angle for watching television. When I moved it there were crumbs and papers under the chair. It looked the the chair hadn't been moved or vacuumed under in weeks. Also when I used the keurig in the morning there was a used K-cup in the machine. I was a housekeeper at one point and my place of employment never would have let me get away with that.

Holiday Inn Suites at O’Hare is a great hotel, and as the name says, very close to O’Hare International Airport. We didn’t use the hotel for the proximity to the airport, but traveling for business, but it still met our needs. This is a clean, modern hotel with a helpful staff, that let us check in and out late. There was ample room for loading our luggage into the hotel and the staff answered any questions we would need to get situated. The rooms were large and included a microwave, fridge and kitchenette. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of parking after we checked in. Wifi is free and accessing it was no problem. This is a comfortable, clean and extremely functional hotels for travelers, whether it’s for business or personal. After a day of travel, whether it’s a plane or car, this is the perfect hotel.

Now this is a sweet holiday inn. Super futuristic and modern. Double bed room had a partition with an additional TV which prevented an altercation about having to watch sports. The toilet was at a perfect height in the game of thrones and room was locked and loaded with a Keurig. Staff was exceptionally friendly and quick. Great restaurant on site. Swank and classy. Killer location A++

They offer a free shuttle to the airport. We were traveling with a bunch of gear and the shuttle is huge and comfy!!! The suites were huge and had a separate door which was great for privacy. Friendly staff and a spotless facility. The parking is well lit and there were lots of spots, we were able to park our van right by the entrance!

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights.
We were very pleased with the welcome and smooth check in. The entire staff was very accommodating. The covered parking garage was convenient and secure.
The shuttle bus is available 24/7 every 15 min!!!
The room had 2 separate sleeping areas which was great for privacy and space, the beds were quite comfortable. Everything was quite clean and updated.
I have to say one of the highlights of the entire trip was watching and being served by the Harry Carey breakfast staff. What a refreshing change for us to observe a highly trained, professional staff that knows how to serve their guests! I would go back to this hotel on this one fact alone. They cared and took pride in the job they were doing. My highest complements to them.
I would recommend this hotel and I will return.

I spent 3 days at the holiday inn and suites for a work conference this past week. The ENTIRE staff from the cleaning personnel to the management were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs. i would recommend to anyone

I was in town on business and stayed here. Free parking despite it being an airport hotel. Spacious, clean and well-furnished rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Chicago area!

My stay at this Holiday Inn was acceptable. Nothing overwhelmingly memorable. The staff were courteous but not one of the teams that make you really glad you chose this hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean and modern with all of the regular amenities functioning.

Convenient location, reasonable (comparatively) priced parking. Our 2-room suite was a bit snug but relatively quiet. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Good TV channel options.

Everything was excellent. Great service. Very clean rooms. My check-in took less than 5 minutes, Had Lunch and breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive. Lots of places close by for delivery for food or to sit down to eat. Also a short ride from the heart of Rosemont, IL. The shuttle to and from the airport is free and takes no more than 3-5 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel.
