Great Venue for our holiday party of 200 people. Salmon was moist and flavorful. Steak was melt in your mouth perfect. Highly recommend.

Located just off the freeway and close to Westfield Mall. Service was very attentive. There is valet and self parking at the hotel. The room was clean, and had a modern feel to it. Across the hotel there's three restaurants if you don't want to drive around town to get a bite.

Nice property. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of hot water for the shower. House keeping and all other staff did a great job. Overall pleased.

Very nice hotel! It was somewhat empty at the time I was there for Happy Hour drinks after work, but I'm sure that changes depending on the day. Parking is in the garage and the restaurant will validate your ticket. Looks like a classy place to stay or for a formal event in their ballroom.

Was at a place a coworker said would be really nice/preferred for a work trip. Was miserable there, feeling like a motel 6 upgrade as one person put it. Checked out earlier and checked in at Hyatt same day. Feeling in my comfort zone now. Gorgeous in the evening with tree lights. City view room. Modern. Great amenities.and walkable distance to restaurants. Will recommend and stay again. Perfect for me wish I picked this place first and stayed 4 nights instead of 2.

The room was tidy and clean, and staff welcoming and helpful. The amenities were nice and the bed comfortable. The Drift downstairs had fairly small portions of very good food, and a diverse selection of beer.

Staying here for a work conference and so far it has been very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and nicely furnished. The area around the hotel is beautiful and has a lot of good dining and shopping options.

really quiet area, rooms were clean and relatively modern. bathroom had no lock on door. parking was 30 dollars for overnight. the front desk neglected yo mention it was 25 if you paid at the parking lot instead of charging it to the room. Plenty of street parking too. scam.

The price of the room was great! Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room seemed large with the single king sized bed in it. The shower did not have a ridge on the floor to keep water from getting on the floor in the bathroom so if you take a long shower the floor will be covered in water. The shower itself was nice with a fixed shower head as well as one on a hose. Turning them both on at the same time was a great thing. Ordered room service for breakfast, food was ok, but under seasoned in my opinion. Order was slightly wrong (I got hashed browns instead of country potatoes) which for the price of the food plus a $5 delivery fee along with a 22% gratuity added on kind of bothered me. Breakfast for my wife and I ended up costing more than the room. My biggest complaint would be the half sized table top ironing board which made it extremely difficult to iron my clothing while getting ready for a wedding.

The room we stayed in a as a standard king. The room was nice and updated. It was clean as you would expect. The bed was pretty comfortable but nothing to write home about. The parking is a little on the expensive side around $30 a night. But you can find street parking in front and behind the hotel which I free. The pool deck area is very nice and had fire places. The location is easy to get to as it's right off the freeway. Which makes it a great place to stay if you're looking to explore all of what San Diego has to offer. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed one night after a family outing at Legoland and the day before Sea World. The Hyatt was located conveniently off the freeway, approximately half way point between the two parks. The room was clean and spacious for our family and even though we didn't spend a whole lot of time there, we rested comfortably and continued our weekend vacation thanks to our stay at the Hyatt! Thanks

Not the worst place to stay by any means, but not a top pick for me. Heard lots of stomping feet from the room above mine. The main doors to the rooms slam shut unless you ease them closed, so I also heard noise from the hallway. Cleaning crew left half empty bottles of shampoo etc. from previous guest and didn't leave new bottles until night 2. The staff was very nice and professional at each interaction. The pool was heated and lovely for an evening lap swim. Breakfast off menu took a bit long to arrive but was tasty. I'd get coffee from the side cafe or a local shop.

Check in was flawless. Customer service is alive and well! Beds were comfy and clean. Room was roomy and quiet. Breakfast was stellar!!! This family of 4 highly recommends!!!! Check out offered water, coffee, or tea. Thank you Hyatt!!

Ive stayed here 3 times. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. The pool is huge. Convenient being close to the freeway. Parking could be a challenge on the weekend if you don't want to pay but during the week it is usually not too bad to find a spot.

Great weekend get away spot. Pool and patio areas are great, don't forget to pick up a s'mores box for the fire pits. Best part of my experience was the customer service. We brought our own pillows to the hotel and in the rush to check out, we forgot them. We couldn't be without them! So, I called and talked with Thomas, who really helped out. They were shipped back to me in a few days. This level of customer service means a lot! Keep up the great work!
