I was there to visit the property to see about running an event there. It's a beautiful and high end property with state of the art suites. I really appreciated that all tooms are suites so all of our guests can be comfortable. We're looking forward to working with them and seeing how our event goes

It's an Embassy Suites, and it's in the suburbs, so it meets the criteria of a hotel when traveling for work. Spacious rooms that are pretty bland, but rooms are well-kept. Better than average beds and pillows.

Pro Tip: You might try to find parking on the street before committing to paying to park in their garage. If so, street parking is free.

After my wife and I arrived in San Diego for our honeymoon, and her birthday trip and our first hotel was absolutely horrendous. We had to move hotels. I have to say moving hotels was the best thing that could have happened to us. This is an amazing hotel. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 20 years I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is clean, and comfortable. Every employee who we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, from the maintenance man to housekeepers. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always made a point to say hi. I have to give a huge WOW to Edgar the front desk supervisor who after finding out how bad our trip to San Diego was he made a point thru out the rest of our stay to make sure everything was wonderful. The other person who WOW'd my wife and myself was Andrew from the bar/ restaurant, by our second night there he knew my wife, and I and was always friendly and over the top. He made it well worth going down to the restaurant at the end of a long day.

They have the worst costumer service. front desk has no idea what they are doing besides on guy I talked to. They charge for parking even if you are not parking at the hotel then you have to wait for your refund after you check out 5-7 days. Before check in I had a few questions and I was transferred 3 or 4 times and put on hold for over 15 min each time just to get disconnected. I asked for a cake to be sent to my sisters room because it was her birthday and to put happy birthday with her name and all they did is bring a slice of cake and didn't even put her name on it or the plate. I would never ever book this hotel I cant believe how unorganized they are and how front desk has no idea whats going on. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is a good value especially if you bring kids. The breakfast that's included is a complete hot breakfast with omelette station. Little kids will love feeding the fish that circle the inside of the hotel lounge area. You have to pay $28 for parking but there is free parking on the street, however that's hard to find over a weekend. The location is close to beaches and other restaurants in the area, including a real nice outdoor mall area across the street and in walking distance.

Ironing Set Review: For the business traveler, the Ironing Set is slightly above average. Yes, I'm really reviewing the ironing set.

Ironing Board 8/10 stars: The ironing board is full length and the fabric is solid (not thin or worn). There is an indentation at the rear of the board but it's manageable.

Iron 7/10 stars: The iron itself did not have steam button but had a steam setting. However, the holes wear the steam comes out was dirty and had hard water stains. Overall, the hotel is an affordable hotel in a great location, in a great city.

Extremely well located across the mall and by multiple freeways. Close to UCSD and La Jolla. Free breakfast buffet in the central patio. Indoor pool, spa and sauna! I just wish that the "living room"/office room, in the front if the suite, had more natural light, especially in the corner suites.

The Embassy Suites is pretty much the cat's meow. Who can argue with complimentary breakfast and happy hour? I feel like other hotels should look to Embassy Suites as a model. It sure makes somebody feel welcome when you have included amenities as a paying guest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Certainly a fine hotel. Little aspects are the only reason for giving it under a 5 star review. Some parts of the hotel feel cramped. The buffet in the mornings is held in a small area in the lobby where lots of people gather. Rooms and hallways are clean and beds are comfy. Overall a pretty good stay.

The room amenities were fairly average but having two separate living areas absolutely boosts the return appeal. My kids were on the sofa bed in the living room and it worked out perfectly. The bed is on the firm side but certainly comfortable. Love the shower and overall cleanliness. My kids loved the lobby environment. There's a koi pond that is just so cool and it made it easier to get out of the room. Also, the breakfast was awesome. Loved the omelettes both days we stayed. I will definitely be staying there if the prices stay right.

Well done. Top notch service across the board. $28 parking is ridiculous, however. Free on street parking is available. On-site restaurant is well above average in both quality and price Breakfast gets busy quickly but the staff is fast and friendly.

Embassy suites is always a warranty of good service. Breakfast and happy hour are great! Huge hall. Large rooms. Fitness center and whirlpool are big enough for the capacity of the hotel. Location is good especially for business

Breakfast was off the hook! From made to order eggs to fresh fruit. Teenage kids loved all the options. Evening happy hour was awesome. Also enjoyed a small dinner. Had maintenance issue and it was addressed and we were relocated quickly.

I love everything about this hotel. I stayed up in the 7th floor and enjoyed the height I was at. But not really on the inside. The thing I enjoyed was there were really nice people to meet and even nice service. The breakfast which I always get In every hotel was alot more delicious then I thought they were in other hotels. I would love to come back here in this hotel. I really enjoyed it! But the only thing I didn't like was, I didn't like the pool. Usually everywhere I go, I would find a good pool but this one was very bland. But the hot tub was pretty nice though and pretty hot. I would probably put more decorations on the hotel pool. But overall it's pretty good!

Very nice room and accommodations. Hotel location is perfect! Close to lots of shopping, food and local attractions. The free breakfast and evening snacks and drinks were great. We will be returning to this hotel in the future.
