Convenient, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are very small but perfectly fine if you are just looking for some place to sleep and shower and maybe watch a little tv. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decor is lovely and modern. Lobby all but attached to a Starbucks.
I called at least 7 times over 45 minutes before someone answered. When I arrived it was even smaller than I expected, although it was modernized and clean, and I wouldn't say it was lacking anything, besides a closet. The bed was an odd size, not a twin, but not a double; I hung off the end a bit. I pulled it away from the wall a bit the next two nights, which was better. But then the last night, they immobilized the bed?
You get what you pay for I guess I'll pay more next time.
Great location for 3 nights .not cheap at £150 per night.small rooms no wardrobes
But would probably use again because of the location
Cheers

Good cleanliness and friendly staff. Excellent location: 5th Ave, just 2 minutes from the Empire State building. There are plenty of restaurant choices for breakfast, near the hotel. WiFi signal at the room was not excellent, but good enough.
I do not give a higher punctuation because the value was good, but not excellent, and due to the poor noise isolation from the street. Drivers at 5th ave are honking almost 24 hours a day. If you are not too noise sensitive, it will be fine
The front desk was very helpful. The room was small which was expected as the hotel was situated right at midtown, making it faster to everything that you would possibly want to go to when in new york. But even though it was small, it doesn't feel crammed. There was also a starbucks right beside the hotel which is makes it more convenient for early coffee or breaks.
Great place and service. Very clean place, small but quaint! Nice AC and lots of TV options. Location is super close to multiple subways. Highly recommend!
Nice hotel! easy to access to Times Square, Empire state building, Korea Town, Subway stations. Many Super market around here. Hotel Staff is so friendly! Room is clean.
Small but nice rooms. I had an explendid view of the Empire State Building. Very good TV. Clean bathroom. Near every midtown place.
Clean, tidy room. Small rooms, but more than ok. How much time do you really spend in your room while in NYC?
Convenient location, clean rooms. Modern HD tv. Helpful staff. Small rooms! Directly above Starbucks 😉
Room was small but adequate. Had some dirty towels and one of the thinner sheets had marks. Blanket had a few holes in it. No iron available.
Overall I was satisfied with my multi-day stay. This class of hotel is often called a "pod hotel." The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of attractions, food and transportation around. The rooms are small as expected but mostly efficient. They have private bathrooms which many other pod hotels don't have.
