Good location, but noisy. Proximity to Penn Station, to Macy’s, to Empire State Building was great. The staff was all genuinely friendly and helpful. Family friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean. Two bathrooms with towels (good quality).

Great hotel and well situated. The bar downstairs was convenient add front desk was very responsive to my requests. Granted a little above average costs but the money's well worth it. Check it out when you have the opportunity

Good location, right across from MSG and Penn Station and not too far from Times Square. The room was okay. The bathroom is small, like just enough room for your toothbrush, but there is a big mirror and counter space in the kitchen . The carpets were stained but clean, the hotel is old so you expect some wear. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Not a great place but not a bad place either. I would consider staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. We upgraded to a suite and enjoyed the large bedroom and living area. The bathroom sizes were miserably small and there is no way a large person could fit in them. The hotel should combine the two bathrooms in the suites into one larger bath so a person could turn around.. There was also a musty smell in the entire hotel and allergies were a problem. The location and staff were great.

My stay was wonderful, the room was spacious and updated for a modern feel. I highly recommend the one bedroom suite, it has a New York apartment look and feel. The staff was very kind and the location is great! Easy access to the train and great restaurants too!! I am definitely going to stay here again the next time I'm in town!

My daughter and I spent four nights and five days at the Stewart Hotel. We were cordially met by the porter, Ash; who took care of us every step of the way. Over the course of our stay we had every question answered and need met by the Stewart staff. We want to especially thank Ash, the porter, and Andrew at the front desk for their kindness and consideration. The Stewart is a well-established Hotel with a great location, and a nice restaurant. We will stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Stewart!
The location is amazing - Being directly across from Penn Station made getting around a breeze.
We had a suite and it was so much more relaxing in the evenings for our family to have the additional space away from the people trying to sleep!
The employees were always smiling despite the fact that they stayed busy most of the time - It was a holiday weekend so there was a lot going on.
The concierge pointed us in the direction of some amazing food.
We loved our trip to NYC :-)

Staff and very accommodating, especially Andrew at the front desk. We'd definitely recommend this hotel. It's convenient location right across Madison Square Garden and NYC Penn Station. The room that we stayed in had a kitchenette equip wtf microwave and fridge. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely world come back.

I enjoyed my stay this past weekend! Before I even showed up for my stay Iris in the sale office was a sheer delight! She helped me with my arrangements and could not have been more accommodating. When I checked in Eugenia at the front desk was so pleasant. The location is perfectMacy'sMadison Square Garden. H&Mwho could ask for more! The domestic on the 21st floor named Agata does her job well! And at the end of our stay William at the front was a treasure!

This is a great hotel. My stay here is good so far. Prime location. 15 min Walking to times square and empire state building. Rooms are very clean and modern. Bedding is good too. My room has full kitchen. Staff is helpful.

Great location, it's right across from Penn Station. Lobby room is beautiful, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. Our room however, smelled because of a stinky shower curtain. The walls and windows aren't insulated well, so you can hear the busy city and your neighbors flushing their toilet. At least they provided ear plugs to sleep. I wish their bathroom walls didn't have wallpaper, because you can see pee stains. Other than our room, the location and staff is great! They were very attentive, and immediately replaced the shower curtain. If you want easy access to Penn Station, this hotel is right next to it.

Susan and her staff make you feel so welcome and at home. Nice, clean rooms, good beds and all you expect in a hotelroom. However, it is the atmosphere and high service that makes this hotel so special. They do all in their power (and then some) to make your stay special. Also the location couldn't be better. almost everything
