Has excellent amenities and a great location. Still too pricey compared to the Marriott across Hurstborne.

Excellent rooms and amenities (pool, gym, etc.), but front desk service was extremely lacking. Always took 10+ minutes for someone to notice that I was there and attend to my needs. Also, kind of a strange thing - their jacuzzi is filled in and has plants growing in it. I wonder what happened!

I attended a conference here but did not stay overnight so I can't comment on the guest rooms.

You can tell that the renovations were really well done! But there aren't enough public restrooms for a conference center of this size. It was so bizarre. The large ballroom also doesn't have electrical outlets for easy laptop charging. An all-day conference requires that! Otherwise, a very nice facility!

Went to the hotel for a horror convention. Was only there for one day and did not stay overnight. From what I did see of the hotel looked very nice.

Very clean and spacious. There was an annoying vacuum or something running all night in the room next door though. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. The room was reasonably priced as well.

This was a very nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The room could have been bigger though. I wish the breakfast had been complementary, but the food was still good nonetheless.

Super nice place! The hotel is newly remodeled and looks nice. The aesthetic is modern with a touch of horse. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Most importantly - the rooms have powerful enough AC that you can make the room super cold, something that I've found to be a rarity in hotels.

Great hotel once you're in and going. Not a huge fan of Holiday Inn's credit card authorization policy. Had to use a personal card instead of the business card on file. Also plan on an extra 5 minutes to leave in the morning. The intersection at 1747 takes forever to get out of around to get back to 64

Located conveniently off the interstate. Nice facility with conference center. Breakfast not included. Room was comfortable and quite. Staff was polite and helpful.
