I attended a professional event for my wife at the Louisville Marriott East. It was held upstairs in the Bluegrass Ballroom. The staff were courteous and professional, and the room was beautifully decorated. Made for a nice meeting space.

Internet was the absolute worst I've ever experienced, and for a supposedly large city and decent chain! The room itself was fine- but the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. I had to skip my shower for the lack of heated water. I suppose that the beds were fine, in that they were made. The lack of hot water and internet means I will never stay at a Marriott in Kentucky ever again.

I took my family to Char'd for lunch. The breakfast buffet was open until 2pm so we tried it. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had. They had on demand omelets and waffles with a variety of toppings for the waffles. The whole family as pleased with the food. The service was great also.

Incredible experience. Food was a little more than my comfort level needed. Just need one or two simple things for us simple folk. But it is not a reason to make me not go back. It was awesome.

Very nice hotel. Location is a bit "out of the way" but the room rate was spectacular deal for a great room. Staff is friendly and go out of their way to please. The regional menu at the in-house restaurant was interesting but the Bourbon selection was OUTSTANDING. Recommend you try this location.

On a corporate event, the staff at this location make you feel like you are the only guest there! They accommodate EVERYONE. The bar staff are highly educated on all brands they carry, and can educate even the most seasoned diners and drinkers. Nick and his team could not be more welcoming and hospitable. They all deserve recognition, if not a promotion! Thank you for making Louisville memorable from check in!

Very nice new hotel! Great amenities for the price; beautiful pool area and outdoor bar. Rooms are spacious and clean.

When we arrived and the front desk informed us that our was not ready. This was at 4pm. She quickly upgraded us to the concierge floor. Room small but clean. Heating/AC was good and almost immediate. We had to turn the shower on hot in order to get hot water out of the sink. Bar staff very friendly. Drinks could have been better. Overall good experience

Very nice hotel and the rooms are generously sized. That was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in but the pillows were pretty flat. Was a little disappointed that there was only a shower stall and no tub (i was looking forward to soaking after a busy day). The app makes check in and out very easy and helps avoid the rush. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. The only downside was it was our honeymoon and I requested a room with a view, get to the room open the curtains and all I can see is the roof and air conditioning unit.

Stayed here for a quick business trip to Louisville. Room and bedding was very good. Location is also easy to find. Staff was great. The concierge room was well stocked and the hostess was very friendly. Next time in Louisville I will return.

I was here for my job's all day training event. Didn't stay in a room. The atmosphere both inside and outside of the hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly, professional, and on the ball. Fantastic food catered for lunch. The bathrooms were very clean and fancy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would most likely stay overnight here for our honeymoon or other nice event.
