We stayed here for a wedding. Accommodations were adequate. Service was excellent. You won't find nicer people.

Visited my son there. New and beautiful. Staff at desk helpful and friendly. Rooms beautiful with new phone docks with huge t.v. Stylish and very nice room. Nice comfortable couch and lots of storage. Right off interstate and close to shopping areas and lots of restaurants in sight.

The gentleman at the desk 'Marc' made this the most pleasant hotel booking I have ever made! I didn't even stay at the hotel but I booked it for my wife and kids who had an out of town emergency and needed a room just for a few hours late at night. I was stressed and worried about my kids who were stranded while my wife drove to them. I must have called 4 or 5 times with some concerns and Mark helped me and actually calmed me down with humor and awesome hospitality! I will definitely stay here because there is nothing better than being made to feel so welcome while away from home. Big thumbs up to Marc!

The hotel was really clean. The room was modern looking with cool lights. The free breakfast was good and fresh. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rooms are a tad bit smaller than what I thought but honestly no complaints.. That's just the first thing I thought when I walked in the room.but everything is spotless.. Customer service on point..great location.. GREAT LOCATION

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Recently remodeled very modern but warm. The bedding is like a cloud. The shower is awesome. Staff friendly. Very clean. They even have little wipes that you can wipe your remote off with. Will stay here again.

Room was nice but we were moved twice. The front desk guy put is on the "wrong" room first and moved i5s before were even got to the door. Then he put us in a room without a king bed, so we were moved again. Overall the stay was good. Had an unusual smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom.

The room was perfect. The pillows a choice of soft or firm. Only down fall was breakfast was only until 9:30 it would be great to offer this til check out time which is 11 for the late night arriving guests

Very great place. Rooms FULLY up-to-date. Would love to stay again. Would be a higher rate just the biscuits seemed microwaved lol. but otherwise great. Don't know if he was the owner or what but very friendly and willing to work with you. My company card was declined but had to rush to work before knowing. Simply called me and I called the accountant and was able to take care or it . Very friendly helpful and patient.

Recently remodeled. Really nice! Comfortable, new updates, and very clean.
Update: stayed there for 5 days. Breakfasts were good, basic but good. Staff was friendly, except the young guy when I was checking in. He wasn't rude, just a poor communicator. Everyone else was outstanding. Some remodeling is still going on but didn't cause any problems at all.response / report this review -

I book all the travel for a company. I did not stay here, but our company has consistently stayed here for the past year that I have been here. There was a miscommunication, where I needed to talk to the manager. I will never book again at this location. The manager raised his voice, talked over me, and then hung up on me. In my years of customer service, I have never had anyone (except my teenage daughter) hang up the phone on me. I called corporate, and their customer service is exceptional, but they were unable to do anything for me. I am still in shock as to how bad his manners and customer service were. I cancelled the 4 rooms I had remaining, (for 7 nights) and booked it at the Hampton Inn across the street.
