Let me just say, I NEVER leave reviews; however I could not go on without doing so. Myself, husband & 1 year old checked in at 11:45pm. I wanted to make a partial payment in cash and pay the rest on my card. The girl at the front desk didn’t know how to process a partial payment, which was fine, and needed to call her manager. I asked her, if it would make things simpler by me just paying with cash. She told me that if I was going to pay with cash, then I would need to give a $250 deposit that I would get back at check out. I didn’t want to do that so I allowed her to call her manager. She begins to process the $50 payment after I give her $37 cash, (my room total was $87.14) The card I was using was a company card, and I had not yet received my personalized card. She then tells me she’s unable to process the card because it is not personalized. Of course at this point I’m growing frustrated, it’s now midnight I have a 1yr. with me who needs to go to bed. Her manager tells her in return that if I’m unable to make the payment on my card and then they’re not able to rent out the room to me. I go ahead and give her $337 in order for us to check in. We get to our room, and I immediately noticed on the bed a big pinkish red stain on the white sheets. the pull out sofa had huge disgusting stains on it, if it weren’t so late, definitely would’ve booked elsewhere. Such a disappointment.

Good hotel for the price. The rooms are clean. Paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. We liked the decorations. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was a bit limited. They were out of orange juice the first day.

Both the pool and the room were kinda dirty and not well maintained. The bed was extremely hard. Speaking with other guests, they felt the same way. I woke up multiple times a night in pain and every morning was an excruciatingly painful experience. I would have expected better for a three star hotel.

The guest relations were fantastic, rooms were clean and updated nicely. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Lots of people in for breakfast but they did a great job keeping up with a nice selection of food.

About what you'd expect, although I've stayed at many nicer country inns. Good breakfast, fast check in, free parking, cookies and coffee in lobby. Room and bathroom a bit shabbier than comparable hotels.

Clean modern hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was hearty with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly with our request for a crib. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice. Recently remodeled, but not to the highest quality, but adequate. Breakfast was what you'd expect for continental breakfast. Eating area and pool were nice. The pool was old but clean. Was way too hot that day. Overall I think this is a great hotel. There are awesome movie theaters, bowling alleys, and other entertainment close by.

The lobby is very modern. The rooms are nice and have a lot of outlets (can be a rarity in hotels). The pool was nice but felt like a hot tub itself. The hot tub seemed as though it was boiling. I don't know if this was done on purpose or not. Breakfast in the morning was nothing special. Ended up eating cereal because the eggs were scary.

This place is the cleanest and most up to date country inn and suites I have been to. Our family always stays at a country inn and suites and none of them compare to this one the pool is very warm and the hot tub is hot. I am very impressed with rooms all I can say is if I come to Louisville KY again I will definitely stay here!

Justin the young man working the front desk was awesome. We had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. He comped the rooms and offered my family his full attention to our needs. We were there to prepare for a funeral service transport so things were already stressful. His service made the stay very worth it. Awesome service. They would've have received one more star if it wasn't for the room attendants mistakes with cleaning. Thanks Justin
