The hotel is very very clean. Staff are polite and professional. Probably the worst night of sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. Something in the ceiling was making a god-awful sound the entire night. It wasn't another guest it something in the walls of the room. Also the bathtubs are less than a foot wide in the bottom. You actually can't stand flat-footed so it feels like you're off balance while taking a shower.

The rooms were nice and cozy. It was very clean. The hotel staff was nice, and the breakfast was not bad either. Alot of options to eat. It was easy to find and close to food and gas.

A modest hotel, close-ish to the Louisville airport. The whole thing seemed cheap for what we paid. It was fine.

Outstanding staff and manager very nice reconciles cutouts and teats with kindness and respect breakfast was good and chef was very helpful and polite.

A bit pricey given the location, but apparently you were fully booked, so good on you. Breakfast bread (bagel) more fresh than usual, so again, well done.

It's an ok place. The place is clean, and the breakfast tastes good. One complaint though is that they didnt provide toothbrushes or hairbrushes by default(which you can get if you ask), and the shampoo is of low quality.

Arrived at 2am, exhausted after 16 hours of driving. First the keys didn't work, then the pull out sofa bed was busted. One of us had to take one for the team and sleep on the floor. At 8am, housekeeping came to our room and said that we needed to call the front desk because they didn't know we were in the room, even though the bill (which had our information on it) was slipped under the door during the night. Not sure why housekeeping couldn't walk around the corner and let the desk know themselves (and literally the front desk was right around the corner). Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Overall, not impressed with the level of service received. Not worth the money for our 7 hour stay and all the busted amenities.
