Best Holiday inn experience. Front desk staffs are friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. Good food at Kems restaurant.

Dirty rooms, 10 dollar continental breakfast, no coffee after 10am, lack of food in their store, and theft in their parking lot make this a hotel I won't be coming back to.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. The carpet was horrid. There were huge stains all over it. It looked like a crime scene. I have never seen a Holiday inn that had carpet issues like this. It was just nasty. This should be fixed immediately. Room 308..

Excellent service from Betty at the front counter to our server in the lobby restaurant. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Unpretentious, kind and happy people, oh! AND affordable! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant staff and maintenance! A/c wasn't cooling and they were quick to switch our room. Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Very organized and friendly hotel staff. I visited a friend who was in town to work at the fair and was quite impressed with the staff at the front desk, bar and shuttle service. I would definitely recommend!

You can hear the airplanes every once in awhile but it not too intrusive. Otherwise the hotel is nicely decorated and modern! Microwave and fridge are always a huge plus. They also have super hot water for showers! Definitely recommend!

Rooms are older with peeling wallpaper, stained carpets and broken fixtures. Lights in bathroom were burnt out and A/C had a horrible burning smell that made me turn it off before I got smoked out. Breakfast is about $11 for food and coffee that is the same food served as a free continental breakfast at other hotels. Only thing good I have to say is front desk lady was nice and the beds were comfortable.

They have no problem charging full price even though (there's a list) bath tub drain in 1st room clogged, ankle deep in bath water when shower was done. Stained carpet, outdated, 2nd room had huge burns in carpet, curtains torn like Freddy Cougar had slept there. Fitness center was a joke. Pool closed entire time of my stay (5 nights) broken window in my work buddies room. And still okay with charging me over $200 for Friday night. Their staff was very good, but you can't polish a turd.
