Free Parking in downtown!!! Love it and breakfast excellent, Very clean Rooms.. And Free Shuttle to Riverwalk..Wat????? Love this Hotel!! Free Shuttle every 30mins.. Best Stay.

Wise selection of Hotels in the San Antonio RIVERWALK area. Inexpensive with shuttle service provider available at no additional charge. Non smoking rooms are well maintained and cared for. Leave a tip on the counter for your MAID. SHE WON'T REPORT ALL THOSE TOWELS YOU SWIPED.

Nice lodging within walking distance of the River Walk and Conference Center! Started here for the AAEP Veterinary Convention, staying in San Antonio for the first time. Very friendly staff and the rooms were nice, ours had a living room, a pleasant surprise since it was a working weekend. A very pleasant walk down to the River Walk, so we had a great time and after enjoying the great food at Maria Mia and drinks at Margaritaville, could just walk back to the hotel, perfect! Will stay there again, for sure !

We stayed at this hotel for a week. They have great service, nice people, a fantastic breakfast bar and nice rooms. It also offers free parking!

The staff was very welcoming when we got there and offered help with our bags. They we're very fast in processing our information so we may get to our room in a timely manner. When we walked into the room it was very nice and upgraded from what I remember holiday Inn hotel's used to look like. The beds were my favorite thing, they were soft and clean, the bathroom was bright and clean as well. We enjoyed staying overnite because it was quiet and cool in the room. It didn't smell old or musty like some hotels. I recommend this hotel to anyone for easy access to downtown San Antonio and for clean welcoming staff.

Mainly due to location. Not the best area of town. Currently it is 8:34 am on a Sunday and I've heard 2 train horns, 1 siren and constant vehicle traffic since I woke up at 7 am. I'm staying on the second floor and am facing E. Commerce St., maybe the traffic noise would be less if I was higher up or in an interior room facing the parking lot. The area is a little too suspect for my taste but my vehicle and belongings were safe the next morning.

The hotel needs a facelift, it is dated but that's my personal preference, maybe some folks don't really care. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Family kind of needed an extra room but not really, what we really needed was a pool for the afternoon. We rented a room ,got to check in an hour early , and used the clean , well maintained pool for several hours. The rooms were clean and bathrooms had awesome water pressure and constant hot water. In the morning the staff was very accommodating to my young children, definitely will rent again

Great hotel!! The room was very nice and spacious. They have transportation to and from the river walk. They also have free parking and breakfast which was great!! I would definitely stay here again!! The staff was great as well!!

Over priced for what it was. Even though I had made a reservation, they didn't have our room ready. I was traveling to get cancer treatment and was exhausted- they made me, my mother in law, and my two small children wait over an hour for them to clean a room! It was so late we had to change our dinner plans and the children were cranky and tired. They are of no help finding places to eat either. I would recommend the La Quinta Market Square - they were superb!

Some reviews claim this hotel is old? Geez, not everything can have been built yesterday! I found this place to be really nice, and I got a great deal on it through priceline. Pool and hot tub are open until 12am, and I really appreciated that since I was here for a convention and tied up until later in the evening. Bar and restaurant on location, as well as a little cafe that you might not think is open, but just shout someone will come out and help you.

Generous rooms, the couch in the living area of the room pulls out to be another bed as well. Never run out of hot water, and the hotel staff always have fresh towels, as well as any toiletries you may have forgotten. Keurig in every room and they have a pool and spa area (Too cold to use when I was there in January).

It's a great little hotel. for the same exact thing in downtown you'll be paying 2 or 3 times as much, and it's only a few blocks walk from the riverfront.
