We're on a 2 week stay while our home is having some work done. At 3 days in so far, the experience has been great. It is unfortunate that they charge you for breakfast, something that other hotels at this level offer for free. Rooms have internet, but it's limited and also has an upcharge to avoid it randomly disconnecting you. Comfortable beds, and decent rate. Not bad.

Great place to stay in New Braunfels. We paid only $7 for an Uber to the wine fest in Gruene. Room was adequate. The bed is adjustable. We didn't realize that until we checked out.

Customer service is top notch at this location! Attention to detail was greatly appreciated as I am an allergy sufferer and my room was feather free upon arrival. Breakfast was great and again bottom to top great, caring service.

Great rooms ,nice size pool outside, had to leave early in the morning so I didn't get to eat breakfast. Didn't sleep to much God put on my heart about (Rom1:23-32) how $ started all evil to men with men and women with women, and so on. #2 commandment graven image and the Government Department that makes $ is called Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Engraven is Graven. Do we blasphemy God's name on $ (In God we trust) I think so, do we trust God or $. Money is the root of all Evil.(1Tim6:10) , Gentiles Sacrifice to Devil's (1Cor10:19-21) not to God. Wake up people. The devil uses money to make you take the Mark and worship his image, I call this the Falling Away from God.

It is a nice property, with friendly staff. When we first checked in our junior suite smelt like smoke, but this was quickly resolved by the staff. The room felt comfy and very clean. The bed was a little hard, but the pillows definitively made up for that. Would stay here again.

Nicely appointed hotel. Close to the areas that we wanted to visit. Comfortable beds and the rooms were cleaned perfectly each of the 3 days that we were there. The breakfast was very good and great price. 2 price options.either 5.95 or 10.95. Hard to beat that!

Front desk man Ryan acted like he was mad at us for bothering him. The beds that are supposed to be adjustable were broken, no one answered when we called the front desk to ask about it. The Keurig in the room didn't work. When we checked in the only mention of breakfast was that it started at 6 and went to 10. When we went to breakfast we gathered plates and started to get the general items, yogurt, cereal, juice, waffles ect..AFTER we sat down and a waiter came and offered us a menu and proceeded to tell us that what we got is what they consider the "front cold items" and that costs $6.00 akd if we want something from the "back hot items" those are $10.95. We can pay cash, card or bill it to the room. Now mind you when we walked into the breakfast area there was NO SIGNAGE to tell us that this was not included in our stay, the "so called" concierge didn't tell us that breakfast was not included. So our overall take on this place is they're unfriendly, unprofessional, and sneaky trappers. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because it was clean and our waiter was very nice and helpful about the area.

Absolutely terrible. We had a wedding block here and the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Most guests were told there wasn't a room block, other guests were blocked off for an entire week even though they were staying one night, and they canceled some rooms of guest all together. So two days before my wedding I had to go up there and make sure guests were taken care of (and then have to deal with shuttles since for months they have told me only 1 room was reserved). Not one time did they apologize for the inconvenience or what a disaster this was. They actually seemed very perturbed that I was even there and that I was upset. I spoke with the manager and the GM, both were extremely rude and condescending. I find this extremely unacceptable since I travel for work a lot and spend thousands at Hilton hotels monthly.

To make matters worse, I come back and find a two charges on my credit card for rooms that we did not even stay in or book. AND the charges were made on the Thursday that I was actually at the hotel talking to the manager and GM and nothing was mentioned of these charges, even when it was made clear we were not staying there and never were. I have called multiple times and the GM will not return my calls.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I visited this Holiday Inn for a work training seminar. When I entered the lobby area I went to the front desk for directions to the meeting room. No one was present, but after about a minute, an associate asked what he could help with. He directed me to the meeting space. The room was adequate. I did utilize the dining area seating when I brought my lunch back and the employee cleaning that area was courteous and friendly.

The bedroom was very comfortable, check-in was easy because we pre-checked in online. Check out was ultra easy. Did not use the pool or fitness center, but the business center is lovely and the all you can eat breakfast was filling.

Easy to find location right off the highway, friendly staff, quick check in, the rooms are beautiful and clean. My favorite is the Keurig machine in the room. The bed is super soft and comfortable, I'll definitely check in again and recommend this hotel to anyone needs a luxurious hotel experience.
