This place really sucks. They'll keep your deposit. Im not even a smoker and they insisted I smoked in the roon. They are you unprofessional . everyone working there are all scammers . I will never go there again. Crappy ass place. Hopefully they investigate everyone working there.No professional ethics!!!!

The location was is right off of the highway and easy to get to. My original room was extended by a previous guest, so my wife and I ended up with a left over double bed room. The phone didn't work, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This place is a dump. They got the hot water working but can't get the heat going in the room. You would think a hotel would have an extra blanket laying around but they can't even come up with that. So, as I sit here freezing my butt off, I figured I would share my experience with the web. Do yourself a favor, do not book a room here.

Great stay. The next day, they even remembered my name on sight. It was nice to come down for check out and the young lady greets you by name beforetouvhing the computer. Nice rooms as well.

This hotel was pretty good. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, it was nice that they had more than the basics. My only real complaint would be the water pressure. I had a difficult time getting my hair rinsed out and running a bath for my toddler was virtually impossible. I would definitely stay there again, but I also wouldn't be opposed to trying one of the other nearby options for a slightly more family friendly option.

Worst holiday inn ever. Cold coffee. No bath towels available at 4 pm due to a shortage each night we stayed. We used hand towels to dry off. Gym was locked as the battery to use your card to get in was dead. The elliptical in gym does not work. Giant cockroach in ladies restroom. Do not stay here. Management also charged us when we were using reward points. Unacceptable and filthy!!!!

Perfectly fine experience. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are decently comfortable. And there's a continental breakfast, so that's always nice.

Nice room. Staff is great. Only issue is floor is thinner then in other Holiday Inn Express. Can hear people walking above me. With the marketing towards Sea World I'd assumed of children were above me it would be much worse.

Service excellent. Breakfast was always great. Never passed front desk without a smile greeting you. Easy excess to all venues and 1604 loop. WiFi pretty good, excess to computers and printer. My family and I stayed for 5 days and it feel like home. Rooms nice size, restrooms roomy. Sonic is almost in the parking lot.
