BUGS!!!!
We stayed there for a few days. We had ants on the night stand between 2 beds. There were a lot! Like over 40. We had them clean the table and they took the hotel phone so I’m guessing they were all over that too. When we left the hotel, the ants were all over the inside of my car!!! Just as bad as bed bugs! Be careful

The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and nice for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade, probably for being friendly with the front desk. The location is near the junction of 2 highways, so it is not the quietest. Not a problem for me.

Four Points is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the restaurant is great. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a Platinum SPG member and this hotel always treats us very good. We stay here the night before we fly out because they charge 12 dollars for a week of parkingCan't beat that. 5 min free shuttle ride to the airport.

Enjoyed my stay here! Staff was beyond courteous! Make sure you go see Felecia at the bar! She is a very exceptional hostess and is a very good baker! Every one here truly cares about the customer experience! Coming back to stay my next time in San Antonio!

I met guests at the hotel for a meeting and the staff was very courteous. While waiting for my associates, I overheard an interaction with a guest and the staff member in which the guest, who was not listed on the reservation, wanted to get into the room of the listed guest. The receptionist very politely explained that it is against policy to do that. The woman proceeded to explain that she had belongings in the room to which the receptionist said that if she described them, she could potentially retrieve them, but she could not go into the room. After that, my associates arrived, but I really appreciated the receptionists commitment to security and privacy for the guests.

Overall a good hotel. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and courteous. If we need a hotel in this area of SA again then I would certainly return.

We had 1 very bad experience with the hotel restaurant (1 out of 3 times we ate there). I went to the front desk and spoke to the hotel manager about it and he was very helpful, took my complaint seriously and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you Management!

Setup and design of room is nice, however our first room had blood splatter all over the down comforter and bed skirt. The second room had urine soaked sheets that were not washed. Horrible experience.

Great hotel for the price. Conveniently located by the airport and close to everything that we came to do in San Antonio (shopping, restaurants etc). Rooms were clean and the bottled water is a nice touch Staff was very friendly and attentive. Didnt go to the restaurant or bar but nice that they have a one in the hotel. My family and I stayed here for two days and would definitely come back.

This hotel looks newer when you walk in the lobby and the staff is very friendly. I was upgraded due to SPG status and checked in very quickly. The food in the restaurant is average bar food. The item I ordered first hadn't been made yet for the day so wasn't available. They went ahead and made my second choice even though they didn't have the proper equipment to do it. The fryer was broken. I was in town for business and had to wake up early for a morning presentation. I turned off the TV and lights and this horrible high pitched noise started. I tried to find the source but it seemed to only be in my room. I called the front desk and eventually found out it was a known issue . . . So why'd they "upgrade" me to that room? They switched me to a different room with double beds. As I was going to sleep I looked over at the other bed and noticed something like food stuck to the white fitted sheet. It seemed to be baked in, so probably was clean laundered food splatter. It's just that, when making the bed did the housekeeper not notice??? I would not stay here again.

The room was perfect for the group of 5 people. The room was clean the staff was wonderful.. The business center was perfect for our needs. We will be definitely be meeting there often.. Close to airport. The Sheraton staff was great and helpful.. Look forward to seeing you all soon. Your a 10 ohto10!!!!

The staff at this Four Points Sheraton is super accommodating. As soon as we showed up, it was clear that we were expected, and our reservation was quick and easy to fulfill. The rooms are appointed nicely with modern furniture. The beds were remarkably comfortable and this Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Pool, Hut tub, and fitness center on site. This hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and close to the freeway for access to downtown and tourist spots. We would definitely use this hotel again upon return to San Antonio.
