I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn and it's a decent place to stay at. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately the last 2 stays I had issues. The first the hotel was having trouble with their water supply, which was not a huge deal because I was checking in late at night. The second time, I called reception to let them know somehow there was a wasp in my restroom sink. On my way out I let the front desk know and asked if someone could please clean that out before I came back in the afternoon. This was at 7:30am and when I came back at 5PM no one had come in to clean the bug out.

Get the whirlpool room and have yourself a swim in the tub! Completely worth it and the first time I have dared to soak in a hotel bathtub. I'm coming back for sure.

Second time staying here and no complaints. Easy check-in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Everything from eggs, sasuage, biscuits and gravy, baked potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, Coffee, juices, and water.
The rooms are average size and I think are just right for the price.response / report this review -

It was a nice place and there wasn't anything wrong with it but it also didn't wow me. We got a spa room and we found the spa was more like a big tub and not a spa. Also it would've been nice of the $10 breakfast had been included.

Room not serviced for three days despite repeated contacts with the front desk. And then no response when I notified them online of the problems. So unlike a Hilton hotel, used to better customer service at other properties.

Hospitality, comfort, and room service all mean a hotel worth the stay. An indoor pool doesn't hurt either.

Overall our stay was pleasant. There were only a few things that were not great. First off, when we tried to order room service arpund 730 p.m. no one answered. My husband went down to the restaurant and ordered there and brought it up. It took almost 45 minutes for two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Both the burgers and the chicken breast were severely charred. The only reason we didn't send it all back was because our 4 year old son was hungry and it was so late. However half his burger was inedible for him because of the char. The other item that was an inconvenience was there were several guests yelling and carrying on in the central area or perhaps the pool area, bit it was loud enough to hear over our television and it continued even after we went to bed.

Really nice stay. Very clean and a great atmosphere. Staff is super friendly. Room was perfect as well. I didn't want to leave!

Decent rooms that are clean. Showers heads are great, plenty of water. No free breakfast.
