My stay was great. I was there with the family and enjoyed the pool and we also had a conference room to spend time together. The only flaw was the creepy guy that worked there that changed the trash. He hit on several female members of my family and would just stare at us in the pool.

Our room had moldy ceiling tiles above the kitchen area, broken corner tiles, a bathroom door that provided us with more than one splinter. Second night we had to call the front desk about noise. Clerk was aware room next to us was over capacity but could do little about it. Glad I had the lysol wipes handy.

I've stayed at several Holiday Inn's and generally the Express are better, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Our room was not ready in time for standard check in, there was a lack of luggage carts, and the room was sub par. Specifically in the room the wall paper was peeling, there were several spots of obvious damage and improper repair, the tv quality was terrible, and the floor was dangerously slick when even slightly wet or walked on with wet feet. The continental breakfast was mediocre in terms of taste and very crowded in the confined eating space. But not all was bad, the hot tub was surprisingly quite, in fact quieter than any other hotel we've stayed in. The water pressure was strong which is an often an under appreciated detail. The beds were very comfortable and very soft. Overall I'd likely stay here again if I was staying in the area.

Easy check-in. Comfy beds. Close to some good restaurants and bars if you are looking for something to do while staying there. There is another Holiday Inn down the road so be careful not to go to the wrong one!

The staff here is great. We were given a room that smelled like a bad diaper They had no issue moving us around to make sure we were comfortable. Great experience and great staff.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Spacious & clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast options. Only minor issue we had was the bathroom lock was a little finicky. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the hotel was excellent. There were lots of places for the kids to spread out, outdoor area with basketball, open green space and sand volleyball. Staff was patient and easy to get along with. We had a great time in Grand Rapids and were lucky to have stayed in this hotel.

Nice enough place, good breakfast. But what do you want to do with an overnight stay except relax and fall asleep? Well, theres like no TV channels and my room only got below 72 degrees because I opened the window at night. Didn't call maintenance bc I discovered the problem too late to want to deal.

Great place with a great staff. Awesome ymca within walking distance from the hotel. I deducted 1 star because there weren't many disabled parking spots, and me being wheelchair bound and am athlete, somewhat despises larger individuals who don't even know why there's extra space there (to put our wheelchair together after exiting the vehicle).

Used a conference room at the hotel for a work event. The hotel and staff were very accommodating. The room was clean. No complaints at all. Would definitely use this location again.

Rooms were very nice, offering all the amenities that you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Pool area was nice as well. Morning breakfast was hot with many great options. The location was good with many restaurants and stores close by. Front desk was helpful and kind, taking care of a few needs we had for items we forgot.
