Hotel was on the old side but clean. Very large and nice pool. Comfortable beds. Our room was hot but the front desk apologized and switched us to a different room with no fuss. We would stay here again!

One of the best value hotel experiences I've had. Clean room, comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

It is really a good place to stay. The breakfast was slightly cold but there was a wide variety. Hot and cold options. Room was very clean except a clump of hair by the tub. Coffee was horrible It was really chickery. They also offer a grab and go breakfast if you are checking out before breakfast begins. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub which was nice and well kept.

Not a bad place to stay. The hotel looks a little aged, but overall pretty decent. They have a good breakfast setup which is always helpful. Bed was good.
TV reception/picture wasn't great at all and the fitness center was extremely stuffy. Those are about the only negatives that I would put out there. Wifi was slow which is pretty normal for any kind of hotel these days.response / report this review -

We had an excellent time at this Best Western in Grand Rapids. We checked in late so we called ahead and the staff was quick to assist. When we arrived the gentleman behind the counter got us all set up and we were in our rooms in minutes.
We slept so well and really enjoyed our rooms, they were clean and cozy. We asked about a late checkout and they were happy to oblige. All in all it was a great stay! Ps. If you're hungry there are some late places nearby!response / report this review -

Has a sink/cabinet area they have a great quality microwave and a refrigerator. Rooms are big and have clean covers for beds and comfortable pillows. Really nice TVs and the staff are nice its quite and the swimming area is great for kids and adults a hot tub, and pool are in the hotel and clean as well great service and place I recommend for anything a special event or just to come.

Room was nice and was close to outside access, which made it easier to get to our room. Lobby, hallways, and room were all in good and clean condition. The shower had great water pressure. Was going to use the pool, but it was crowded, so didn't. Staff was friendly and helpful. Missed breakfast in the morning, because slept in and wasn't ready before it was over, which was okay. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The price was very good. Especially with the amenities included. The location of the hotel also made my trip one to be remembered. The room was amazing, spacious, and comfortable. The service was really good as well.

We stayed at the Best Western in Grand Rapids for business. The front desk crew were pleasant and accommodating. I can only fault the hotel for the obvious age and state of ill repair. Everything worked. There are a lot of other hotels in the area that are updated for the same money. Overall a good experience.

My son’s soccer team stayed at the hotel for a tournament this past weekend. The rooms were clean, the nights were quiet, the breakfast was good, and the pool was fun. All the things you could want for a team of 12-year-old-boys. The hotel was packed with other teams and yet everything was awesome. Desiree, the general manager, and Sunshine and Jessica of the house-keeping staff are beyond great and an asset to the hotel. If you need anything, find one of them. They are special and will make sure your stay is fantastic. They do customer service right! We will be back at the tournament next year and looking forward to our return stay.

Very good for the price. My boys loved the pool and breakfast. People were very friendly and hassle free check out was nice. Check in wasn't until 3 but arrived around 1 and we're able to check in with no problem.

Got stuck in GR because of an ice storm on January 16. Was hoping to find a fair price at a nice property and Meagan (?) could not have been more understanding. She gave me a great room at a great price, a welcome bag with water and M&Ms, an invitation to the light dinner served from 5-7 PM and most importantly, really made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was and am still so grateful for her professional and thoughtful manner. Really turned a lousy day into a very nice stay. Yes - I'll be back! Exceptional service!!
